Mayhemmiller01elitexc_medium

via beat.bodoglife.com

through his twitter, miller responded with:

"So now Nick Diaz is suddently a 170 pounder only when he has to fight someone who can whip his ass? Not so gangster, is he?"

Judging by that photo it seems its miller who wants to be gangster!

Besides the post fight cbs brawl, where did tis kick off again, joe rogan podcast:

MMAmania.com UFC 115: Why didn't Pat Barry follow Cro Cop to the ground after flooring him?

Because he tells MMAFighting.com that he was just hurt too bad to do anything about it:

Barry006_medium

"The world couldn't see it because the camera wasn't close enough to my face, but as soon as I broke my hand – that was the second punch I landed that knocked him down – as soon as it happened, my lip was starting to tremble, and for two reasons. One, it hurt terribly. I never would have guessed that it was only one broken bone. I felt like all the bones in my hand were, like, entirely disintegrated.... We were on the ground in the second and he was on top of me punching me and he asked me what was wrong. He said, 'What's wrong with you? Why'd you stop fighting?' I told him, 'I broke my hand,' and he was like, 'Bullsh*t.' I said, 'No sir. My hand is broken. That hand is gone.'"

Does his disappearance after round one make a little more sense now, or did you put the pieces together when you saw him in a wheel chair after the submission loss? Or maybe after you saw pics of his broken hand and foot right here. Either way, would you like to see an instant rematch or is it time to move on?

MMAmania.com Lyoto Machida: Formally the Disciplined Dragon/ Shogun

So the invincible Machida was defeated in dramatic fashion, i wasnt shocked that shogun won, it was just the manner in which he won! During the fight i felt as though machida was a little off, his octagon awareness was way off, being backed against a cage while attemting his elusiveness, his stance was different, and the normally disciplined machida was overly aggressive against a fighter who thrives on that style! So was Machida just a little off as in he couldn't get his timing down, or was he injured? whatever it may be, all of us can agree that machidas game plan sucked, and so now we have a new champion, again for the fifth time since chuck liddells reign, my question now is, do ye guys think that shoguns reign will be any different than the previous four champions? Who has the skill set to defeat a healthy rua? In my opinion, the rundown is like this

Rampage Jackson: No, the man is too ignorant to change from his boxer style, shogun would chop the shit out of those legs

Rashad Evans: Evans doesn't have the chin to avoid a ko, only chance would be by getting him to ground to smother him!

Jon Jones: Too early for Jones to be thrown in to the deep end, would be a dynamic match up however i see rua being too aggressive for Jones, plus Jones legs look to be a weak point!

Randy Couture: Rumored to be a replacement had shogun been injured, this fight would be ugly, randy in the clinch with shogun spells disaster for couture

Lil Nog: Probably the only man to give an injury free rua his stiffest test in pride, would a rematch result any differently, i don't think so!

It seems as the only man to challenge rua would be Anderson Silva, who's style matches up well with shoguns! It seems as though the winner of rashad/rampage will get a shot a rua, but after that who's next? Anderson Silva still has two more fights at 185 brfore moving up in weight for good, could the winner of liddell/franklin face the winner of nog/jason brilz for a new number one contender, where does couture stand if he beats toney, how many more fights does bones need before becoming a top contender, and what now for machida? As usual the LHW division is as exciting as ever
