Arrowhead Pride players from CFL

I was riding the internet this afternoon and saw that Larry taylor, a player from the montreal alouettes organization(the  cfl franchise from my city) was signed by the new york jets. Taylor, 5'6'' 177lbs, was known as an excellent return guy as is stats talk:

788 punt return yard + 2 TD

1059 kickoff return

a field goal return for 115 yard (cfl field mesure 110 yards)

although, this year was not is best. he help the montreal alouettes win this year grey cup as the best team all year long. He has shown great speed and cut skills when returning but lack concentration when catching the ball.

Then, i saw that S. J. greene, a 6'2'' 215 lbs receiver was also signed by the new yok jets. This guy didn't play a lot here in mtl, cause veteran was there, but i think he have the size to do the job(15 catches for 239 yards and 2 TDS).

Now it leaves me thinking. Why do the chiefs don't tryout those guy. The jets are a playoff team and are already looking to find new talent. I'm sure those guys could have compete for a spot on the chiefs roster cause any raw talent need to be scruted at this point. I think the chiefs have a good core of players but need to add playmakers by any way they can: FA's, draft, undraft rookie and in the devellopment league running in the country north of the U.S.

I know cfl isn't an elite league compare to the nfl, but it deserves some attention. sometimes, guys like jeff garcia or doug flutie can be find in the rough. I also know that the cfl MVP we , casey printers, was a no show in KC. but it's not a reason to give up.

anyway, just give me you thoughts on this.

Arrowhead Pride what's your favorite college teams ???

hey there guys,

my first post as a arrowheadpride member. to continue in the trend of yesterday, iw ould like to know what's your favorite college football teams and nhl, nba mlb, cfl, fifa but mostly college. it would be nice to know what team are the most fallowed by the chiefs fan in other sports, so...

my favorite college team is lsu, guest who were happy when the chiefs choose 3 players from there in a row...now we have to see if they'll have success in this league. i'm quite sure our first rounder jackson's gonna be a beast stopping the run and chasing the qb out of that 3-4 for years to come, dorsey is more of a question mark. anyway, the tigers are always pretender for the national championship and can give a whip to florida and georgia every year.... i like oregon 2 there is no real reason

nhl- montreal canadians, for sure

nba-not too much my sports but i roots for boston, closest

mlb- some of you must root for the royals, naturaly. i miss the montreal expos much. but for now i root for the dodgers and russell martin

cfl-montreal alouettes

fifa-liverpool

nascar- i don't know a thing so.........jeff burton

f1-the robots- hamilton

pro skater-rodney mullen

so what's yours
