ARRON AFFLALO EARNS FIRST-TEAM ALL-AMERICA HONORS

UCLA junior guard Arron Afflalo has been selected first-team All-America by the National Association of Basketball Coaches, it was announced today.

He truly deserves it. Through his display of toughness, leadership and tenacity on the court and the manner by which he carries himself off the court, he has shown what a Ben-ball warrior and above all a true student is all about.

On a side note, does this mean that he qualifies for a jersey retirement, even if he doesn't win the Championship (he will, of course)?

We all know about Sam Gilbert existence, but does this have to be pushed on Championship day? They  have absolutely nothing to write about so they want to try their best to degrade the success of JW.

 What happened to your criticism of KD. Please don't hold back. If you take out the W and look at the stats, we did not do well. The whole team cannot ride on the back of single person even if that person is way better than 'superman' ;). We still have half a season left, which includes 3 road games. The bandwagon has come back and some BRO people have found this website and they need to know  what this website was originally designed to do. Inform bruins of the true state of our football program. Odysseus, no analysis of the WSU team ? Remember, for KD to really tell us that we can talk football in LA, the bruins have to finish the next half of the season with glory, not dissapointment. Thank you.

I am no longer a student(class of 05) but I am trying to attend the game on saturday as a visitor with my student friend. Do you guys think that we can get adjacent seats?
On the other hand I am currently a UCLA staff. Can I get better seats as a staff?
I was planning to get the tickets tomorrow? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
