Where Do Brooklyn Broncos Fans Watch Their Games?

I pretty much shoot this around every year because the best spots to watch Broncos games in Brooklyn don't seem to last long.  So, if you're in Brooklyn (or downtown Manhattan), where will you be watching Broncos games this season?  (Our condo doesn't allow satellite TV -- ack.)  The places I know about are:

  • Butterfield 8, 5 E 38th St, New York
  • Leo's Corner Bar & Lounge, 481 Court St, Brooklyn

Does anyone have any info?  Or can tell me if the two places above are still hosting the Broncos faithful this season?

Two Broncos Mentions

First Dr Z posted a script of Mike Shanahan's voicemail message:

"You have been forwarded to a voice mail system. However, the person at 4-3-0 does not subscribe to the system. Your session cannot be completed at this time. Transferring to an attendant. One moment please."

Also points out that Darren McFadden had more fumbles over the past 3 years (23) than any other runner in the country.  So I guess we can stop wondering if Shanny will be drafting him.

Also, Fanatasy Guru John Hansen has a post up about how he thinks that Cutler is looking better these days.

What on Earth...?

This is what The Sporting News has up as the projected Broncos draft [subs. req.]:

http://warroom.sportingnews.com/nfl/teams//broncos

2008 Mock draft board

Rd. Pick     Player       Pos.     School

1   12 (12)  C. Williams  T     Vandy
2   11 (42)  D. Jackson  WR     Cal
4   9 (108   M. Moore      QB     Oregon St.
4   20 (119) J. Moore      DE     Nebraska
5   4 (139)  D. Stone      S     Maine
5   13 (148) T. Bain       CB     Hampton
6   17 (183) J. Jones      WR     San Jose St.
7   13 (220) G. Wolfe      RB     Northern Ill.
7   20 (227) J. Palmer     T     Auburn

(Sorry for the whacky layout, I can't seem to fix...)

I'm not sure what to make of this.  My first reaction is, if the Broncos draft this way, I may just skip this year. Let's hope the offense (with , what, five QBs if this is accurate?) is able to keep up with whatever offense is playing our defense.

I guess The Sporting News is projecting we'll be trading for or signing a free-agent DT.

I should add that I'm down for the first two picks (though I'd prefer a different WR at that point), but I'm lost after that.

Reactions? Explanations?
