Time to Stop "Time to Step Up"
This is getting out of control. I vote to stop this segment due to the impact on the starting lineup. Moye is the latest player to be hit. This is pretty much the summary:
The injury bug continues to plague Penn State this spring.
A source said Thursday that wide receiver Derek Moye sustained a concussion in practice this week.
He is expected to miss the rest of spring drills, which conclude April 16 with the Blue-White spring game.
A fifth-year senior from Rochester High School, Moye is entering his third season as a starter for the Nittany Lions this fall.
He is Penn State's best receiver and go-to guy. He was an honorable mention All-Big Ten Conference pick a year ago after leading Penn State in catches (53), yards (885) and touchdowns (eight).
Approximately 18 players are limited or sitting out spring practice with injuries.

Light the Siren - Commit #6
New commit:
http://pennstate.247sports.com/Article/Penn-State-picks-up-verbal-No-6-6707
While Penn State fell on the field to Michigan State on Saturday, it gained another member of its future squad when Burke (Va.) Lake Braddock wide receiver Matt Zanellato committed to the Nittany Lions on Saturday evening.
Zanellato committed to Penn State on Saturday evening."I was kind of too excited last night, so I e-mailed Coach Johnson and let him know that I wanted to commit, and he told me to give me a call today," Zanellato said on Saturday, a day after picking up a scholarship offer from the Nittany Lions. "So I gave him a call tonight, and he was talking to me about their game and my game and scheduling their home visit for me either Wednesday or Thursday, and they may want to come to my game on Friday night.
"Then I told him that I wanted to verbally commit, and he asked me if I was sure if that was what I wanted to do, and I said I was positive. He said, 'welcome to the family,' so now my recruiting process is over."
Through 12 games this season, the 6-foot-3, 195-pound Zanellato has hauled in 86 catches for 1,584 yards and 19 touchdowns. On Saturday, he had 10 catches for 140 yards and two scores in a 56-18 win over Chantilly in the state quarterfinals.
The Nittany Lions hope he can have a similar impact in Happy Valley.
"I'm not sure if I'm going to redshirt or not, but I'm looking forward to coming into camp and working real hard and maybe getting some playing time or some special teams time, who knows," he said. "I'm just excited to get out there and see what happens."
Zanellato joins Delaware tight end Kyle Carter, Philadelphia defensive end Shawn Oakman, Pennsylvania defensive end Jordan Kerner and New Jersey offensive lineman Angelo Mangiro and Anthony Alosi in the Nittany Lions' Class of 2011.
He will enroll at Penn State next summer.
Zordich Underage Violation
I'm sure this isn't going to sit well with JoePa.
Welcome back to the doghouse. Enjoy your time with Ware and Fera. No mention of Cruzan Mango Rum. Chances of us seeing him all this season? I'm going to guess slim to none since its his 2nd violation. Let's just hope he doesn't get kicked off completely. Started to easily add to the Fulmer Cup standings.
Poti Charged With DUI
Just what we needed.....

This needs to stop. Why the hell can't our players take cabs? Its summer up there, the cops are just looking for this. I'm just OTL is prepping the cameras and getting ready air another special. Why all of a sudden are all this stories hitting at once? I know that some of the other boards had some information on some of the previous posts.
Un-fricking-believable. The captains need to address this before it can't further out of hand.
Fulmer Cup
Since its the offseason, does anyone know who is leading in the Fulmer Cup?
I found some articles from SI todays. Looks like Mallet may be rethinking his transfer:

Hopefully, PSU can stay out of this race.
Fulmer (Kiffin) Cup for Coaches?
Due to the the press that Lane Kiffin is getting in the press for recruiting, I propose that we should start a Fulmer-like cup for coaches. Speaking of the Fulmer cup, who is leading the charge? I see articles on WVU and Florida State. Does the Fulmer Cup also count on players that haven't been drafted yet (OSU's Boone)?
