&lt;p&gt;As the college football season nears closer and closer this Thursday when Wake Forest takes on Baylor, I must say that I am looking VERY forward to this years&amp;rsquo; games. After all, I had to sit through a whole off season without football, and there weren&amp;rsquo;t even any Pacman Jones stories to keep me entertained during this dry spell (I mean, c&amp;rsquo;mon Adam, pick up the pace). That being said, as a Cal fan, I realize the futility of having any enthusiasm towards this year because, let&amp;rsquo;s face it, we have no expectations really....&lt;/p&gt;

I would&amp;rsquo;ve been slightly above Tavaris Jackson, and he&amp;rsquo;s practically a future Hall of Famer in my book..."&lt;/p&gt;
