I am an over the road truck driver from Fond du Lac Wi.
First football memories.........Loved Johnny Unitas and Sonny Jurgenson then
when they were gone I became aware of this guy named Tarkenton thus
becoming familiar with Bud Grant and the Purple People Eaters and I was hooked. I hope you like the pic I chose, It's how I imagine the Williams wall
looks if they cant go back for seconds. Oh ya, I love purple kool-aid!!!!!!!

As a Badger fan I got to watch Bevell for 4 years as a player and though he was not the most physically gifted QB
he was a coaches QB in that he is a student of the game. Kudo's to Barry Alverez for knowing this and getting
him to UW when he had scholarship offers from Northern Az. and Utah.
