Marquette clinches the 2 with a win

Georgetown clinches the 2 with a win (Gtown plays Marquette). Clinch double by with win OR ND Loss OR USF loss

Notre Dame clinches the 3 with a win and Gtown loss. Clinches double by with win OR USF loss

USF clinches the 3 with a win, ND loss AND Gtown loss. Clinches a double bye with win and ND Loss OR Gtown loss

Cincinnati clinches double bye (yes really this could happen) with a win AND losses by Gtown,ND, and USF

Louisville has clinched the 7 seed

SHU clinches the 8 seed with a win

WVU clinces the 8 seed with a win and SHU loss.

UConn clinches the 8 with a win and WVU loss and Seton Hall Loss AND ND finishes higher than Gtown in the standings

SJU clinches the 11 with a win

Rutgers clinches the 11 with 2 wins

Pitt clinches the 12 with win and 2 Rutgers losses

Villanova clinches the 12 with 2 wins and a Pitt loss

Providence clinches the 14 with a win and two Nova losses

Depaul has clinched the 16

Oy. Those wins looked great at the time for the Cuse, but Villanova has gone so far in the tank Corey Fisher isn't playing at the end of games and Georgetown is lost without Chris Wright. What is the feeling on this Syracuse team?

So the NCAA just completed another mock selection where they invited writers to go through the process of picking and seeding teams. There's even a live blog that they did. Pretty interesting. You get to see how exhaustive the process is. I take this process more seriously than whatever the hell Lunardi is doing.  The good news?

Well now that the Cuse is 22-1 and looks to be rolling after whatever the hell happened at DePaul, I think it's time to start looking at Andy Rautins play the last 3 or 4 weeks. It's starting to become more and more ragged and it might be cause for concern for the Orange going forward. Rautins is the only knockdown 3 point shooter they have (I know Wes shoots a good percentage but doesn't have the volume of shots) and they need him to make better decisions going forward.
