Well alright, not the penultimate solution, but he could be great farther down the road, not to mention could provide some needed depth in that position.

As a Timbers U-23 member for the 2011 and 2012 seasons, as well as being labeled 'consistent' with good athleticism speed, and a drive to never stop working, he seems like a great depth piece. And who knows, with some luck he may turn into the next Connor Lade.

Should Porter maneuver to acquire him in the Super or Supplemental drafts?

Side note: mlssoccer.com rated him as the #1 right back in the draft, though that's not saying all that much considering the lack of overall quality this year.
