Yes, the coolest uni's in the NFL may get a little cooler.

I certainly don't think what happened in a Preseason game portends much, and the brown pants with no striping give an old school look even more character. Also, a brown on brown combo would not, as Grossi says, make them look like a fudgesickles... but it would be an intimidating alternative to the over-played incorporation of black that other teams try to use (Ravens, Falcons, Eagles, Lions).

Good (Great?) News?

"I know one thing," he said. "What we're going to have here in Cleveland is an attacking defense. It's going to be an exciting defense, and we're going to play great football."

Just a possession receiver?

"Robiskie was the only player drafted on the first day that was in the top 10 in vertical jump, three-cone drill and 20-yard shuttle."

Close to "Championship-Level Team"!

Crabtree also enjoyed the time he spent with Browns coach Eric Mangini. "He's a great coach in this league with a lot of experience and I'd be excited to play for him," said Crabtree. "My visit to Cleveland was great. I was excited by the organization and the facilities. It would be fun to play there and I think they're close to a championship-level team."

Just a Suggestion

During the 05-06 offseason a series of Roundtables were conducted for each AL Central Team. Questions were answered by each of the ALC SBN team moderators, which was a good way to gauge how we felt about our Tribe going into the season versus the opinions of our rivals. I think with the "new" cross-site system this could be even better nowadays. Jay and Ryan, are there any plans to reinstate this series? Or is The Cheat too scared?

ESPN ranks NFL fans

Gotta say I'm pleasantly surprised by our rank... but #1 sucks.

Jurevicius to miss at least the first six games

He'll probably be put on the PUP list.

Pluto says Jonathan Lucroy may be PTBNL

Second to last paragraph. Sorry if this has already been confirmed elsewhere.

Neyer's going to call us the "Fasanos" (Pay content)

"because after three games in Cleveland I'm sick to death of Chief Wahoo -- I shall now be referring to the local club as the "Fasanos" until the Chief is retired. Or the Fasanos have a winning record. Whichever comes first."

Rashard Soft?

Personally, it sounds like even if the claim was at one time accurate, it's not any more due to maturity. But red flags are red flags.
