Mike Pratt totally supports Coach Cal

Per Larry Vaught's site. I know Pratt was part of the search committee for a new coach, but his comments on Gillispie gave me pause to note just what was happening with our program.

Mike feels very confident in this hire so I will take his word.

Great artcicle from Mark Story on Darren Moscoe who dances at Rupp Arena during the basketball games.

His story in his childhood years is very sad, but thanks to the dear Lord, he can now do what he loves.

One of the commenters says he coached him in LL baseball.

I love this story and video of him dancing. Enjoy everyone.

This is another great article from Vaught about Pilgrim and what he will bring to the game next year for the Wildcats.

If Patterson says this guy will be a great contributor, then I would definitely bank on it. Can't wait to see him in action next season.

"The William B. Keightley Project contains interviews with Bill Keightley about his life and experiences as the equipment manager for the University of Kentucky Men’s Basketball team from 1962 until his death in 2008. Keightley talks about the basketball coaches he served under including Adolph Rupp, Joe B. Hall, Eddie Sutton, Rick Pitino, Tubby Smith, and Billy Gillespie, he discusses players he interacted with over the years, and he reflects on changes to the game of men’s college basketball. Keightley, nicknamed "Mr. Wildcat," also reflects on his personal life and family, his career as a postal carrier in Lexington, Kentucky, and his experiences as a United States Marine."

I know that many UK fans want to hear what Mr. Wildcat experienced all his many years at UK. I am going to listen to all of them in my spare time.

I personally think ASoB should have a permanent link on this site Tru. UK will never have another Mr. Keightley IMO.

Porter knows how to handle criticism

Another great piece from Vaught on Mike's ability to handle the criticism he has received his three years at UK. I must say it takes a very special UK player to look past that and just continue what he is asked to do in practice and for the team. Jodie Meeks says the same thing in a different way referring to his injuries last season. A very good read.
