If anyone's ever spent any time looking at Something Awful, there's an article up at http://www.somethingawful.com/d/news/kc-royals-illegal.php?page=1 about a visit to Kaufmann back in April.  It's obviously meant to make fun of the Royals, and gets a little rough in a few places, but I thought it was hilarious.  

Anybody else play around with the Baseball Mogul games?  I know it has no bearing on reality, but it's fun to try to turn the Royals around.  

I was surprised because in previous versions of the game Gordon had a habit of turning into a a mediocre 3B while Butler had the HOF career.  This time, though, Alex put up some good numbers.  ROY, 14-time All Star, 5 MVP's.  Of course, if I'd been less sentimental and less interested in his total career he never would have seen playing time the last few seasons.
