Born in Raleigh..........one of the few natives left. Discovered hockey when the Hurricanes moved here. Traveled back and forth to Greensboro before the RBC was built. Spent too many years as a baseball fan. Married 40 years (haven't done-him-in yet). Three children and six grandchildren (two of them playing hockey and baseball). I REALLY love the sport........and still watch baseball when there's no ice hockey.
