Mile High Report Tony Dungy on Cutler!

Tony Dungy questions the trade of Cutler, but from the stand point of the Bears and questions his maturity and leadership ability!

"We'll see about his maturity level. That's what I would question. And some of the things that happened leading to him leaving Denver ... that would concern me as a head coach," Dungy added, according to the report. "He can make all of the throws, but quarterbacking is much more than just making throws."

Mile High Report Interesting Article Regarding McJayGate...

Very interesting article from Fox 31.  Yes, it is another "source" that is probably full of it... but according to this source, McD wanted to get rid of Jay because of concerns regarding his alcohol consumption, as well as not being very football smart, which is something that McD is looking for in a QB to run his system.  There are also some other strange comments regardin the possible trade and the trade between NE and KC.

Mile High Report Front Office Shake Down!

More Broncos Front Office Shakeups

This from Adam Schefter

More shocking moves from the Broncos

In yet another jarring shakeup, the Denver Broncos have reshuffled their front office for the second time in less than a year.

Denver dismissed general manager Jim Goodman and his son Jeff Goodman, another Broncos personnel executive, and promoted Brian Xanders from assistant general manager to general manager, a league source said Thursday.

Last year the Broncos fired then general manager Ted Sundquist, and now they have shaken up their front office yet again to go along with the recent coaching shakeup in which former Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels replaced head coach Mike Shanahan.

Xanders joined the Broncos in May after spending 14 seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, where he worked as the Falcons’ director of football administration/player personnel analyst.

Xanders worked with the Falcons in a variety of capacities, including player personnel, coaching, salary cap management, information technology and business management. He was a member of the Falcons’ coaching staff on their 1998 team that became the first in franchise history to earn a Super Bowl berth (XXXIII).
