Battle Red Blog Sunday's score

Alright people, time to pull out that crystal ball and predict the outcome of the game.

we should have our starting qb back for this game, and i can see slaton topping 100, maybe a few touchdowns.  I'm thinking Andre can get around 125-150 and a touchdown.  as long as we dont turn the ball over we have proved we can at least be competitivebeat the smack out of anyone.  i really wanna see what everyone else here is thinking in reference to the final score.  how much do you think we will beat the fins by?  I'm sticking to my 21-20 texans prediction

Battle Red Blog Texans @ Dolphins week 6

Ok people, I'm looking foward to this weeks game! In anticipation for the upcoming game, i'm giving a look at the matchup between us and the Dolphins.  Miami is looking good their last 2 (two) games, and that wildcat formation is doing some damage to opposing teams gamplans, and no one seems to have an answer for Ronnie Brown.  The Dolphins are currently on a 2 (two) game winning streak, while we are in the middle of a 4 (four) game losing streak.

Battle Red Blog pin the losses on the donkey

Sorry, i get bored at work.  I started thinking about the losses so far, and each had its own special nasty smell of defeat.  I know as a team you aren't supposed to put the blame on one persons shoulders, but, like last game, I got to thinking.  Is there one specific piece that is holding the texans down, or is it just a bunch of peices not meshing right.  Well, Let's decide.  i've got a nice lil poll to see what you think, and pls tell me why you think this answer is the best answer, or why it is none.

Battle Red Blog WITH THE NEXT PICK, THE HOUSTON TEXANS SELECT

At the rate we are going this year, the best thing might turn out to be the pick we get.  We have some very talented core players, but depth is an issue at positions like wr, the whole secondary, lb, and I don't know about you but I would love to see another stud wr lined up next to aj.  Most of all, we need a leader on offense.  I see the defensive leader in 'meco, but I want to see someone on the offense step up to that role with some fire(lookin at you, schaubby).  but lets play GM for a minute, what postion would you want, and even better is who?  Myself, I would love to see slaton's old roomie from wv Pat White, at least then if he has to run(lookin at you sage) he might just make something happen.  What do you think?

Poll
what postion should we take in the upcoming draft?
QB?

CB/S?

WR?

OLB?

Battle Red Blog for all the sage lovers....

i think we can agree to stop asking for the qb who gave up 21 points in a few min.  Dont get me wrong, he has some potential(like 28 pints in a qtr against tenn), but he could beat out aj ****ing feeley in miami, and just gave the colts a win on a silver platter.  all i ask is no more sage.  as far as the rest of the team, great effort, nice to see reeves acually find the ball in air for once, mario manhandling the colts oline, and great day by "slasher" slaton and AJ.
