Peyton's Neck Surgery
So, I just found out via Adam Schefter on Twitter (Yes, I follow Adam Schefter of Twitter, thats not that lame is it? LOL) that Peyton underwent neck surgery yesterday in Chicago.
All I heard was the original report and then that the Colts said it wasnt serious and appearently the surgery was ment to relieve pain in his neck caused by a pinched nerve.
Im praying Peyt will recover just fine from the surgery.
Wonder why he went to Chicago for it, I would have been worried the surgeon was like some bitter bears fan
EDIT: Colts.com now has this on the site: This condition has existed intermittently for the past four years, but at no time did it interfere with his training, practice or playing regimen. While it never has affected Peyton’s activity on or off the field, the Colts’ medical staff, after post-playoff examination, thought it best to resolve the situation now. The procedure was performed by Dr. Richard Fessler in Chicago. Peyton had only an overnight stay in the hospital and is on his way home. All medical personnel involved believe the issue has been resolved. Peyton fully expects to participate in the Colts’ off-season program this Spring.
Its a bit early, but I wanted to ask a question
I realize that its still quite a few months before the Colts come to Gilette to play the Pats, but I had a couple of questions for anyone who has ever gone to a Colts game.
This will be my first Indy game, and I am hoping to get the "United We Stand" sign from Lucas Oil Stadium i found online autographed. Which is my question for everyone. Has anyone ever gotten a Colts players autograph before the game like when they are warming up on the field, before they are even in uniform? I plan on going like 2 hours early to walk around the stadium and like I posted try to get some Indy autographs.
Would hanging out aroung the first row behind the visitors sideline maybe work to get some Colts players to come on over?
Hopefully, this post doesnt sound to rediculous. LOL
NFL Shop, have you lost your mind?
Going on the NFL SHop website this morning, I noticed something strange. On the top of the page it said to pre-order your Championship gear.
I thought "What the heck"
I read it twice "Yup, it says championship gear alright"
So when i click the link THEY ARE ALREADY SELLING CHAMPIONSHIP TEE-SHIRTS!!
Is it me or have they lost their minds!?!?! Although they didnt completly go mad they did put this little line in: " This is a pre-sell item. In the event that this team loses, your order will be canceled."
Is it me?
Since they are offering these preorders, I have one word for the NFL Shop, they dont need to offer pre-orders for Colts championship shirts!!! They should just plain sell them LOL http://www.nflshop.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3983030&cp=3982348.3994953&pageType=family&parentPage=family
When is the NFL MVP announced
Hey guys!
I was wondering if any one knew when the NFL MVP winner is going to be announced.
I have heard either today or tomorrow, but no solid answer, so I was wondering if anyone on here knew.
I hope Peyton wins it again this year so I can rub it in the faces of all the Patriots and Cowboys fans in my family who rejoiced when we fell to 14-1 :)
Thanks! ~manning18clark44
Trying to get a Colts Trending Topic going on Twitter
Tonight I began the task of trying to get a trending topic going on twitter showing how much Colts fans love their team.
What I am wanting the topic to be is "#14-1isok"
So, if anyone has a twitter account can you please tweet 14-1isok and try to help out and show the team we support them.
Thanks! Also, if any one is interested in following me on twitter: http://twitter.com/jonasetc
Which One Is Most Realistic?
After seeing the games yesterday, I started to think about possible super bowl matchups. Which got me wondering which of these matchups would be the most realistic for XLIV.
The two matchups that I thought could be big were: the Colts versus the Saints or the Colts versus the Broncos
What do you guys think of these two picks? Could either of these two matchups be realistic?
Honestly I firmly believe that The Colts and Saints would provide for an enterntaining Super Bowl ;)
Random Question...
I know that this is a random question, but I was wondering which three Colts players are your favorite? My three favorite Indy players are Peyton Manning, Dallas Clark, and Adam Vinateri. This is because Peyton, Dallas, and Adam were the first players that I knew about when I first became a Colts fan in '08.
But, I have to admit that as the season progressess Donald Brown is definately moving his way up to the top of my favorite Indy players ;)

Greetings fellow Indy fans,

I know that i already asked ya'll where I could watch live games next season, so I am kind of follwing that up by asking if some one knew where I would be able to watch games online from past seasons .
Any recommendations are appreciated and thank you in advance.

Rebuilding Phase?
With all the changes that have happened during this offseason I have been told that Indy is in a "rebuilding phase". Do you guys think that this is true and perhaps Indy is looking at a tought '09 or is it just complete junk that people are making up to bash Indy? In which case the next time I hear it I could give them a punch buggy in the arm, but anyways; while I have this post going, does anyone think that Curtis Painter could be starting any of the games next season perhaps starting to kick Peyton out of the picture? Because again I have been told, and I'm starting to think I need to stop talking football with Cowboys, Patriots, etc. fans, that Indy is trying to kick out "Old Man Manning". And that's direct quote from my brother.
So bottom line is there really any chance that perhaps Indy could make it to XLIV?
Solid proof of Indy's awesomeness
Hey guys I was wondering if any of you could supply me with some good solid facts that i could use in conversation when talking about football to prove that Indy really is a good, talented, awesome team. All I can come up with quickly are the obvious : "We won super bowl xli", or "Peyton Manning is the best Quarter back ever". Simple stuff like that, I know I should know more. (2008 was the first time I started watching football )
But anyways I was hoping for info that was more solid, so anything is appreciated.
hopefully this message make sense.

Online Colts games?
Hey
I was wondering if any one knew of a web site where I would be able to watch a Colts game live on the internet.
Because i can not see every 1:00 Indy game on tv.
But then again I suppose thats what you get when you live in Patriots country.
