On one of my frequent visits to espn's nhl page, I found their official power rankings as prophesied by Scott Burnside.  I found it quite interesting that he is yet another expert who predicts vast improvement in the southeast division all around by having FOUR playoff teams!

He has Washington finishing on top of the division, with Tampa, Carolina, and Florida all making the post season.  Sure would be something to see two teams from FLORIDA make the playoffs and none from Canada in the Eastern Conference.

I'm excited to see him duel Peters in Albany and maybe compete with Leighton in the future.  The kid posted a 40-9-2-2 record for crying out loud!  He's got skills!
