Everyone can agree that bringing KG and Ray Allen to Boston was a genius move. Of course, we knew the only thing standing between us and Banner 17 was building bench support while over the cap. He starting off like a champion, signing House, Posey, and getting Davis. Then PJ Brown and Sam Cassel. 17 was a sure thing.

Posey was the ideal 6th man. Why couldn't we give him a longer contract?

Why didn't we use the MLE in an attempt to replace him?

Why didn't we use the LLE to try to sign a guy more valuable than Moore?

Why did we keep Gabe Pruitt and then not play him?

Fast forward.

Why couldn't we give Marbury a bigger contract?

Why couldn't we sign Powe to AT LEAST the minimum in hopes of a recovery?

Are we going to keep Pruitt, Walker, and Giddens on our bench rather than trade them for someone a little more valuable?

Are we going to keep TA and Scal (who both play limited minutes) and then have their combined 6 million dollar contracts expire?

Are we gonna let Ray's contract expire, and get nothing in return for him either?

What's gonna happen if Big Baby doesn't come through?

What's gonna happen if Rasheed doesn't come through and we have to settle for a lesser guy?

Sorry Danny, but i don't think i can place my full trust in you any longer. We really need to start thinking into the future.
