Who Do You Not Want To Face In The First Round Of The Playoffs (Other Than Detroit)?
After a brief lull, the showcased fanpost is back. This week, 3QC member masputo asks the community which team do Orlando Magic fans not want to see in the first round? Now we all know the answer to that question - Detroit. So, I'm going to go one question further, what's the next team peeps do not want to see in the first round? Fire away with your comments after you're done voting for the Pistons in the poll. Thanks. - ER
I'm not a Magic fan but I am curious to know who you fans would be worried about in the first round. What team do you NOT want to face in that first round?

Where is the passion?
There were plenty of reasons for this bulls team to come out and kill the wizards tonight.
1) They are in the playoff hunt.
2) The PRESIDENT of the USA was in the building to cheer for them.
3)And they Bulls Organization just lost not 1, but 2 Bulls LEGENDS in Norm and Red.
How is one of these reasons not enough to get them motivated?
but they continue to go through the motions as if they're barely learning the "plays".
Which leads me to VDN. Simply put, he must be fired. I have no doubt the guy is trying his best, but he is just not coaching material. Keep in mind I say this when we are actually in line to have a better record than last year. But I also say it while shuddering to think where we'd be with Mike D. as our coach. We have a ton of talent and he doesn't know how to use it.
Having said all that, I still believe the players deserve some of the blame. they show no pride in being out there. It really does look as though they don't give a damn whether they win or lose. I think there is one reason for this. There is no one on this team, from coaches to players, who DEMANDS effort. No no willing to step up and hold people accountable and call them out on their bullshit play. NO ONE. It's the reason the celtics and lakers are so good. KG and Kobe expect their players to go out and compete each and every game. It's demanded of them.
So who is our enforcer? Who on this team is going to be that passionate guy who expects his teammates to compete? I don't believe we have that type of player and until we get him, we will continue to play like this. We will continue to beat the magic and nuggets but lose to the nets and wizards.

A loss does NOT mean we aren't playing better!!!
I think it's obvious, we are no longer playing Larry Hughes. On a serious note, it is a combination of things.
1.)This, in my book, is the most important. Kirk Hinrich has brought an intensity that no other player has shown so far in this early season. Anyone who watches the games can see that there is an exciting uplifting when he is in the game. For some reason they seem to play just a little bit harder when he is in the game. He has had a very positive affect on this team. He does not shoot as much, so when the ball comes to him, he is quickly looking to give it up. It most certainly has a positive affect on the smoothness of our offense....(not to mention he is our best perimeter defender)
2.)Hughes is no longer getting any minutes..........Umm....enough said.
3.)We are finally getting the right guys to start the game...(athough, the actual rotation still needs some help). rose, BG, TT, Deng, and Noah. THIS is exactly what we have all been waiting for since the season started. Again, we need better management of the players minutes, and we obviously need better decision making when it comes to "matchups", but this is seriously an improvement over what we are used to seeing.
There is also other reasons why we are doing better recently but they all have to do with the reasons i stated above. (like, better defense and intensity and ball movement)
But the real reason for this post is to show my excitement for this team. I actually feel that we can make the playoffs in the 6th 7th or 8th seed and make a series out of it. Not like a week ago when i would of preferred to lose every single game to get into the lottery instead of just getting killed in the first round of the playoffs.
We finally have hope which means that the coaching staff MUST be doing something right (obviously they have some work to do with the subbing, but they are improving).
HOPE IS ALL I COULD ASK FOR FROM A TEAM THAT HAS A ROOKIE PG AND A ROOKIE COACH.....
please feel free to attack me in every way you can.....these are just my thoughts on what i've seen recently......just remember that we here at BAB are all in it for the same reason....to see the bulls succeed. happy blogging!!
