Astros Caravan
Just got back from the MSC stop of the Astros Caravan in College Station. Was slightly disappointed that there was no Q&A session like they said, and also Tim Purpura wasn't there. I joked with a friend I was standing with in line that maybe he was off trying to sign another infielder. heh
Was also disappointed in myself that I didn't take more pictures. Hate being rushed through it, but what can you do.
Here's a couple of pictures of the crowd and the table:
I wasn't sure what to get signed. Kept going back and forth if I should just get my hat signed, but decided to just go with the cards they had since I didn't want to buy a new hat just yet.
Collect 'em all!
To wrap it up, Berkman isn't as big as I thought he was and I think Bagwell looks like he belongs in Metallica a few years back. lol
Astros postseason stats
I think it took way too long to put all of this together, and even then, I didn't make sure the numbers are correct. (oops) Only totals I can find for Astros postseason history are for wins and losses and those match up. This has games, games started, innings pitched, hits, runs, earned runs, walks, strikeouts, ERA, WHIP, wins, losses, and saves. Got the stats from retrosheet.

The link expires in 7 days, so get it while it's hot?
Learn such interesting things like Lidge has the most saves in the postseason with 6, but is also tied for the most losses with 3, or that Chris Holt is the only Astro with an infinite ERA for the postseason.
