2009 MLB Re-Draft Top 10 - Include International Talent

Taking bonus demands and signability out of the mix while including this year's international talent (ex: Chapman, Iglesias, Mateo, etc.), what would your top 10 look like based on talent alone? I've included my shoddy attempt below.

Holland or Matusz

In my recent prospect draft, I struggled between who to select, Holland or Matusz. I thought that Matusz had the higher floor (#2 or #3) but thought Holland had the higher ceiling (potential #1).

Before the draft I had Matusz higher on my board but went with Holland, choosing what I believed to be greater upside over a safer, more solid career.

2009 Prospect Draft Results

I'm posting for those that may have drafts coming up and want to get a feel for how other drafts played out. Regarding my league, it's a 10 team keeper in it's 5th year. 5x5 roto scoring, 20 major league keepers, 30 major league roster spots. Prospects don't count towards the keeper list with the drafting team owning their rights until 300 Major League IP or 1200 Major League ABs. 12 round draft. The draft pool is essentially those who signed deals in '08 ('08 Draftees, International, Japan, etc.) and some undrafted breakout players (ex: Holland and Carlos Santana were available, Morrison and Stanton were drafted last year).

I've included the top 50 picks. Although you are welcome to comment (on good and bad picks) it's intended more for those with upcoming drafts. Enjoy!

With spring training right around the corner, fantasy baseball drafts are soon to follow. For players only signed last year (examples and conditions below), what would be the top ten on your draft board?

Conditions: Standard 5x5 roto scoring. You retain the rights to your prospect through 2 full major league seasons, thus there you don't need to unneccessarily focus on major league ready college prospects.

Talent pool: Anyone who signed a deal in '08. That includes a '08 draftee (ex: Alvarez but not Crow), international free agent (ex: Tazawa and Viciedo) or bonus baby (ex: Inoa).

27/28 - We hoped that Sinkbeil, Antonelli, Marrero or Anderson may slip to us but went with we thought was the best available arm in Willems. We debated 28. I liked Parmele but our mock scouting staff felt he may be a tad overrated and opted for King, the SS with major upside but mixed results thus far.

40 - Laporta was our target, he went 36. Maybe Sapp will be there, no, 37. Definately Latos, no, 39. I liked Betances but our scouts convinced me he may be there at 71 and Locke was a better option.

44 - Some talk about selecting Wright, I put my foot down and got Betances.

71 - We had Sulentic and Melancon on our radar and nearly got our top choice, Cody Johnson, before being scooped by the Nats.

83 - Clay was our guy and he was there.

103 - We threw a lot of names out there but felt we needed and an outfielder and someone from the college ranks so Gillespie was the pick.

133 - I was holding out hope that McBride would be here and might have taken him at 103 had I do to over again. Huffman, then Langley but both went early. I opted for Jeroloman whose defense I liked and whose bat I would hope be servicable.

163 - One scout had Creigton 3B Daegens at the top of his list heading into the 5th round. I opted for 1B Josh Morris for two reasons. First, between Dickerson and possibly King, I thought we were a bit heavy at 3B. Second, I had thoughts of the big RH depositing balls over the Green Monster.
