Bouncing back and forth between Vancouver and Chicago my whole life. First I was dragged by my parents work from Vancity (home) to Chicago (second home). Then back to Vancouver when they got a new job. Stayed there just long enough to become a diehard Canucks fan for life.
Stayed there till college, then left for University in Chicago (nice psych programs out there, you see). Stayed there just long enough to watch them build up the team of the future with awesome young stars, and felt my once iron-clad loyalty start to melt. Worked there a few more years before I got my own job in....VANCOUVER.
So now I'm back, with a love of Vancouver and a slightly less powerful love of Chicago.
I cheer both teams, live with it. When it comes down to a playoff series between the two, I want at least 6 games and Vancouver on top. But I'll live if I dont get it.
