Ok, i know the guy has been a problem for his team for the last 2 years or so.  Serious injury, bone head decisions & a huge contract doesnt help but...he is still an elite NBA talent the Knicks can definitely acquire.   Should Carmelo land elsewhere and all hope is lost I say the Knicks consider coming up with some lop sided deal in our favor that would land us Gilbert and a draft pick or two.  Who else is out there really?  The guy could use a new start and talent wise he would significantly improve this ball club, no?  Gentlemen have at it.

Hill isnt going to turn out a totally bad player but the knock on Jordan Hill is that he is soft and anyone could have seen that a mile away. He should have gone late 1st or early 2nd. The Knicks scouts fell asleep at the wheel in this draft. It may sound harsh but Donnie Walsh is too old and disconnected to pick up on a NBA stud. When asked why he passed on BJ "We didnt have a feel for his game" is the best thing he could come up with. Any organization is going to have its mistakes now and then and thats understandable but the knicks have been making epic mistakes consistently for 15 years. When is enough really enough?

Ok dude is not funny anymore.  This man clearly needs help.  He starts listening to music on his computer then he breaks down and starts crying on live webcam.  Maybe im reading too much into an emotional moment for Steph but i just don't want to see his bizarre behavior get any worse.  Its kinda messed up that people just want to see whats the  next crazy thing he's going to do on ustream (myself included) but isnt this enough? Its that time of year again and i smell a bad trade coming. First of all Im not buying into the Rubio spectacle. Im just not a fan. I understand allot of you are for one reason or the other however Id just like to share my unpopular opinion. My question is.....why can't we just keep Nate at pg/sg and forget all this Rubio mess? Ok Nate is a bit on the short side and a headache sometimes but so what? Nate's better than alot of guards that are taller than him. He's tough (ask Chris Paul) he's athletic (ask Yao Ming) although his apg was 4.1 he's shown he can dish on occasion and his TO average is way lower than Duhons. What does this kid Rubio have? Flashy passes that will probably lead to more TO's and nobody is sure how this alleged "Court vision" will translate into the NBA. Plus my man Nate can fill it up. Last year after the Allstar game does anybody remember how Nate was averaging 30 a game for a while? Do you honestly think Rubio could top that? Ok lets say Rubio has a good year what is he going to do on the defensive end? The Knicks where the 4th best offensive team in the league last year. We dont need anymore more offense than we have already. What the Knicks need is more defense preferably in the blocks column . If you watched every Knick game last year ask yourself how many more games would we have won if we had a defensive presence in the middle? I say quit all this Rubio talk and lets keep my man Nate in the backcourt.

Oleksiy Pecherov?, Etan Thomas? and Darius Songaila? for Miller & Foye The Wizards practically gave up that one for nothing.  Why couldnt we do some maverick shit like that?  Hughes, Jeffries Curry, Richardson let them go!  Im tired of this hold on to the bummy player while we trade away all our good players system.  By the way how many first round picks does Minny need?  Didnt they have 3 already?  Walsh probably got some trick up his sleeve or something.  I dont know but they need to do something before the Nets get good and move to Brooklyn.

Why hasn't any one noticed that Ricky Rubio isn't doing any team workouts and only doing interviews?  Even Blake Griffin gave the Clippers a work out. Rubio should be working out along side the likes of Jennings,Holiday, Flynn and Curry.  Let them compete for the hype or is he scared his stock would drop? To be fair I've seen some nice passes on Youtube but the guy seems a bit slow for the NBA game and lacks the hops of the other pg's in the draft. What happened to the rumors that he would refuse to play for Memphis if they selected him? Doesn't he have a contract that needs working out?  Atleast Jennings had the balls to say what was only obvious around the ridiculous hype surrounding this kid.
