Lets be honest... Adam J. Morris hates fast speedy guys and this is no exception... Draft time a few years ago he joined the hate wagon to this guy and everyone followed... Everyone but me... I love fast guys, they turn me on... But everyone was like "please don't draft him, hes a bust!" WRONG! He is now our leadoff hitter less than 2 years removed from that draft.. He has exeeded everyones expectations, including mine.. Please apologize to this young gent, I bet his feeling are hurt with all this hate.. Too bad hes's our leadoff hitter and hitting like .350.....

So please show him love, this guy is a true stud of a talent and we are blessed to have his talent on our team. Join me to proclaim him a great player and a great Ranger for years to come..

P.S. Never drink 3 4 loco's becuase I did and its not a good story....

P.S.... Never let a freshman girls in highschool drive you home when you are wasted, because like 2 did and I was about to slap then it was so annoying...

P.S... Never redline a truck, especially if its not yours... I think I blew out my friends transmission in his truck because I was like going 95 in it and redlining the shit out of it....

Digging into this Ben Roethlisberger situation, my take...

So as you all know, Roethlisberger has been accused of sexual assault by a casino conasuir. ESPN has chosen not to cover the story at all which is strange to say the least.

If this girl was hot at all which she isn't, I would believe ever second of it.. But the thing is, she looks like someone took a 2 by 4 and hit her head with it for like 7 days, and then threw bricks at her face for like 5 days.

The thing is, Ben Roethlisberger is a womanizer, allegedly. He doesn't care about them, as long as he gets a nut, allegedly.

Now I heard a story about him a few months back and a story about him hooking up with a girl. Take it or leave it, I am seriously not lying about this.

So the story goes that one night Ben hooked up with this girl. They did whatever and when they were finished Ben gets up reaches in his pocket and gives the girl a few coupons to Arby's and walks out.

That is a true story, and I would not make that up.

But anyway, is this sexual assault story true? ehhh I mean it would be more believable if she was an 8 instead of a 2...

But who knows, when Ben wants a nut he wants a nut...

What do Ya'll think? Is this women full of it?

Who the fuck does this guy thing he is? What does he do for that newspaper?

Heres a quote from some article he had about "glue guys"

"

"Here's my vote for the local glue guys:

Cowboys: Bradie James
Rangers: Marlon Byrd
Stars: Stephan Robidas
Mavs: Jason Kidd"

Before anything, nice length for your explanation for why you picked these guys... You know, its good you didn't just throw out names and not backing up what you said... Its not basic journalism or anything....

First of all, the fuck is he talking about glue guys for?

Second of all, Marlon Byrd being the Rangers glue guy? Um no?

Jason Kidd is the Mavericks glue guy? Does that mean every NBA point guard is their respective teams "glue guy"?

I am just so fucking thankful for everything he contributes to...

Today on the DMN blog?

"The addition of Shawn Marion is good. The loss of Marcin Gortat and Brandon Bass is bad.
The Mavs have improved, but not enough to make a difference in the Western Conference."

Thanks chief, the shit you bring to the table is so good it just makes me want more and more... OMG, please give me more.

NO, fuck that, what is this shit that he throws out there? I could contribute more with my fucking head up someones twat than he does.

He throws out the obvious, and then just screws it all up somehow.

No wonder the newspapers are in such deep shit, they have these guys that work for them.

Well its official, Jason Kidd has resigned with the Mavs in a 3 year deal...

In other news, it is said that Marion is likely to end up in Dallas from Toronto that would include Stackhouse in the deal going to Toronto... Marion is a beast, bring him in here...

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=4310011

I feel like this helps us compete against the Lakers... And if we can get a shooting guard in here, we will be a legitimate contender. Remember, Shan Foster is on the Mavericks Summer league team... Remember that name.

A lineup that includes Kidd, Dirk and Marion is called a 3 headed monster....

Jason Kidd just signed a 3 year deal with the knicks. What does this mean for the Mavericks?

Who is our new starting point guard..

JJ Barea is it right now... We can't even win 40 games with that... He's a good backup, but not a starter...

Whats Cuban going to do? It seems as though he's not into spending the money anymore at all, I think he gave up..

So if Barea is our starting point guard going into the season, then we know this organization is done?

"Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Quincy Carter got a brand new uniform this morning -- a brand new orange jumpsuit.

Carter was just charged with drunk driving and misdemeanor marijuana possession stemming from a traffic stop in south Texas around 2AM.

Cops say Carter failed to use his turn signal -- and when they pulled him over the former NFL wash-out had bloodshot eyes and was slurring his speech. Carter was arrested and taken to Hidalgo County Jail.

Cops say the 31-year-old's blood alcohol level registered at 0.14 -- almost twice the legal limit in Texas.

Carter has since posted $1,000 bail and was released a few hours ago."

There is nothing worse than an Ohio State fan. I go to Ohio University, and everyone seems to be Ohio State fans... This pisses me off like no other. If you like OSU that much, then go to the state school. Its not that hard.

So anyway, ofcourse I was going to go watch the game at Buffolo Wild Wings to watch it with all the OSU fans. I went with a few friends of whom were rooting for Ohio State. I was THE ONLY Texas fan in this huge room of about 300 people watching the game.

Texas starts off the game pretty slow which shuts me up the first half. When Texas starts getting rolling along I start clapping and such and a bunch of people start glaring at me. This is a free country , right? I think I am aloud to root for my team.

So this starts getting personal. The one thing good I can say is some of those girls looked really hot in those Ohio State jersey's but thats all.

When Ohio State scores with 2 minutes to go, this one guy that was staring me down the entire time acts like he is at his wedding and flings his girlfriend or wife around like its the happiest day of his life... I laugh....

Long story short I was pissed. But I knew Colt had it in him to come back. As he marches down the field, I see the OSU fans get quieter and quieter as I get louder and louder.

Texas scores, I go crazy which didn't go over very well with everyone there. This one skate board punk comes over to me and says... "If OSU loses and you are still there after these 16 seconds on the clock, I'm going to beat the shit out of you". I said good, I'm staying to watch the award ceremony. He walks back and watches as the clock runs out...

I hold the hook em horns up high...

I stand at the front door and scream at the TOP of my lungs "FUCK OSU!"

Everyone gets quiet as I walk off.

You think they will mess with me? Nobody messes with me

Check the status

Major NCAA football schools exposed in NY Times a few weeks ago (UT, OU, LSU, USC)

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/12/26/sports/ncaafootball/26recruit.html?_r=3&ref=sports&pagewanted=all

This is a MUST READ article by the New York Times about the best defensive player in texas high school, and his trail of being recruited by big time programs. He talks about the schemes they play and some of the dirt that these programs don't want you to know....

""""""Along the way, McFarland was wined and dined. He visited the house of the president of Oklahoma, where he was promised a spot in the prestigious President’s Leadership Class. He rode in a Hummer stretch limousine in Los Angeles. He attended parties, including one in Dallas, where he said there was free alcohol, drugs and young women taking off their clothes."""""

""""He said he saw everything from flat-screen televisions in Texas Coach Mack Brown’s bathrooms to L.S.U.’s recruiting hostesses sitting on the laps of prospects.""""

""“I will never forget the excitement amongst all participants,” McFarland wrote. Alcohol was all you can drink, money was not an option. Girls were acting wild by taking off their tops, and pulling down their pants. Girls were also romancing each other. Some guys loved every minute of the freakiness some girls demonstrated. I have never attended a party of this magnitude.”""""

"""""Of the four universities, L.S.U. made the worst impression. After the Tigers lost to Georgia, 52-38, on Oct. 25, McFarland, his mother and his grandmother attended a catered meal at the home of Tigers Coach Les Miles.

“He was very dry,” Adams said of Miles.

Adams was further turned off by L.S.U., she said, when she saw hostesses sitting on the laps of recruits."""""

"""During the trip, Adams said, she asked Brown about the Obama slur, and was told that the player had to be dismissed because the F.B.I. had become involved.""""

""""

After Texas beat Baylor that weekend, McFarland and his mother ate dinner at Brown’s home. Flat-screen televisions were in every room, and there were two outside.

“Whose house do you like better, Bob Stoops’s, Les Miles’s or mine?” Adams recalled Brown saying.""""""""

""""Yet he worried what an Oklahoma degree would mean for landing a job in Texas. He also thought that the Longhorns offered him the best education and that Austin had the most entertainment.""""

"""""Will Muschamp, the team’s defensive coordinator and designated head coach-in-waiting, called until Adams finally talked to him at her son’s request. He tried to patch things up about the earlier phone call in which she was told she could not talk to Brown. He also explained that Texas had probably sent more letters and e-mail messages to her than to any other recruit’s parent.

“He was acting like he was doing me a favor,” Adams said. “You’re recruiting my son. I feel sorry for them if they’re saying they haven’t had that much interaction with any other recruit’s family. I feel sorry for those families. I really do.”""""""

""""While at McFarland’s house, Stoops offered to set the table for dinner and helped carry in ribs and potato salad. After a second serving of ribs and some peach cobbler, he sat on the couch with McFarland and his grandmother and watched the movie “Beauty Shop,” starring Queen Latifah and Alicia Silverstone.""""""

""""Allegations from the report upset her because she said she had received numerous offers of gifts in exchange for her son to attend Texas. She said she did not believe that Brown or anyone officially with Texas was involved or had any knowledge of the enticements.""""

""""Earlier this month, a former classmate called Adams and asked if she would coax her son into attending Texas. If so, a banker had promised the former classmate any type of loan.""""

The article makes Oklahoma look pretty good overall and UT, LSU, and USC pretty shady.

Makes Mack Brown look like a complete jackass, with details about the TV's in bathrooms and bad mouthing other big 12 coaches.

LSU looks terrible, using "hostesses" to persuade the recruits.

And USC wining and dining him with luxury to persuade him.

But anyway, very interesting read into life in recruiting

Brian Cuban tries to defend the Jason Kidd trade by saying all teams in the NBA get fleeced every year so that means both the Nets and Mavs got fleeced?

He says that having Devin Harris wouldn't have brought us a championship.

What he doesn't mention is that we traded away our future for a 35 year old that will not bring us to the promise land...

Well, this story did not sit well with me so I sent him a facebook message telling him my side...

""This reasoning doesn't negate the fact that we traded our future point guard and 2 first round picks for a 35 year old that looks like won't bring us anywhere near the promise land...""
