I've been a life long Bengals fan, I grew up in the 80s and 90s watching their rise and fall. I was probably happier than I ever been most of the 2005 season, man that was such a good year...outside the obvious.

I am a huge Bengals fan here in NE Kentucky where Cincy is about 3-4 hours away and Lexington about 1-2 hours away. The Bengals are my favorite football team, and the Wildcats my favorite basketball team. Anthony Davis has been an absolute beast and has been as amazing to watch as Andy Dalton and A.J. Green were in Cincy! Outside of Davis, the other 6 people with playing time are all really good as well. Kidd-Gilchrist would be the best player if it wasn't for Davis, and you could argue that maybe it would be Terrance Jones. The team is incredible this year! Speak up Bengals Wildcats fans!
Bengals have highest notable releases according to NFL.com
Notable cuts: WR Matt Jones, G Isaac Sowells, TE Chase Coffman, S Kyries Hebert, FB Fui Vakapuna, S Marvin White, S Rico Murray, S Jeromy Miles, K Dave Rayner.
I think this only backs up the claim of how talented and deep the Bengals roster really is this year, and as you may have noticed, evenly cut too, 4 Offense, 4 Defense, 1 Special Teams. Depth, all around.
Honestly, you could make a good case to have WR Dezmon Briscoe on that list too. Closest team to releasing nine notable cuts was the Texans, releasing 7, including K Kris Brown, all though K Mike Nugent did look pretty good nailing those 2 50+ yarders, this could be a good opportunity. I feel good either way. Can't wait for the regular season!
WHO DEY!!
I think this sums it up for all of us! GO BENGALS!!!
This is Brandon Johnson's post-game quote. I got this from www.bengals.com :
BRANDON JOHNSON
On the significance of the victory:
Very sweet. Very sweet. I’m almost diabetic right now it’s so sweet. I’m so excited right now I can barely contain myself. It feels good. 5-and-0 in the division, I’ve never experienced anything like this. On to the next one. Bring on the Raiders.
I couldn't have said it better!!! After watching the bengals for 20 years now, this is probably the best moment i can remember outside winning the '05 1st place spot. defenses are what win superbowls! and with an offense like palmer, benson, and ocho (and pretty much everyone who has stepped on the field) they can score more than our defense will alllow 90% of the time. Brandon Johnson rocked it too! WOOOOOOO!!!! GO BENGALS!!!!!!
