Golden State Of Mind Warriors the deepest team in the NBA?

I personally am a realistic person. I'm possibly the biggest warriors fan but i think realistically. You look at the Warriors bench and tell me who has a deeper bench than we do? I have feeling that we'll be subbing guys in and out this year if people aren't producing. We have Watson and Marvin Williams who I personally think will be solid point guards for the Warriors. Imagine Hendrix and Turiaf down low and how much pounding they can do down there. Than you can get a combo of Randolph, Biedrins, and Wright. Some of the longest players in the league and that would create some mismatches on both ends of the floor (including defensive liabilities) but would be fun to watch. Then Azubuike and Belinelli off the bench will be nice. I feel the Warriors are pretty solid all around but playoffs might be a reach this year. I like to think realistically and the west is just so deep that it'll be hard but definitely possible because we actually have people who can guard other bigs in the NBA now.

Golden State Of Mind Team U.S.A. Will win Gold!

I've been reading a lot of negatives about the US. But i think this is the year where they will win the Gold. Last year they lacked a lot of experience from all the players. Now they've added a few players. Also they got the best player in the world/clutchest player in the world in Kobe. U.S.A. will always be the team to beat of course but this year they won't disappoint. They have the size down low, defense, and offense from every angle. Only thing I'm disappointed in is that Baron Davis wasn't invited. He could help the team out so much if he concentrated on feeding other people. (Better than Chauncey in my opinion). What do you guys think?

Update [2007-7-23 22:12:53 by OptionZero]: Djchuckdeez posted a highlight video from scrimmage, just combining his diary with this:

Golden State Of Mind Stephane Lasme

What kind of player is Lasme? I think the type of player the Warriors need is a high-energy guy that doesnt need to have the greatest skills on offense but can get the job done. AKA Milisap, David Lee, etc. If Lasme can come off the bench and average like 6 boards and like 6 points in 14 minutes i would be happy to have a player like that. Or else we need a player like Milisap who does the dirty work.

Golden State Of Mind Warriors headed in right direction.

The more i think about the J Rich trade the more it makes sense to me. Although he was probably my favorite player on the Warriors it was a good move. Your forgetting about how good buike is. He was probably the most unappreciated player on the warriors. If buike can be a solid guard off the bench, the J Rich loss won't be as bad. Also i feel Gerald Wallce isn't the player that the warriors should be going after. I think its matt barnes by all means. he's a poor mans gerald wallace with a better shot and MILLIONS of less dollars. I also feel we should get rid of pietrus. I truly feel his defense was way too overrated last year. Whenever he comes on to the court he may make a couple streaky 3's but will give all those points back but him committing those stupid fouls that he makes. I say we run with what we got and resign BD depending on how well he does this year or go with the alternative of bringing back arenas. My opionion of next years lineup looks like this.

PG. BD. ??
SG. Monta. buike.
SF. Jackson. Belinelli.
PF. Harrington. Wright.
C. Biedrins. POB. Foyle

I still feel Foyle can play on the defensive side better than any big men on this team. if we would have put him on boozer in the playoffs with the offense we had, we would have had a better chance of winning. What do you guys think about this post?

Golden State Of Mind Baron or Arenas?

If we don't resign Baron to contract extension this summer, then he'll be a free agent next summer. Arenas also will be a free agent and both will demand top money. I think Baron fits our team better but Arenas has even more potential than the way he's playing which is pretty scary. He's also less injury prone than Davis (excluding the stupid fall with Wallace). What do you guys think?
