hey guys, i play in a fantasy dynasty league and i own the #2 waiver claim.  I know the guy who has the #1 claim is waiting for Harper to get drafted and then added to the database to use the claim on him.  With the number 2 claim, I can go a lot of ways, and was hoping to hear some input from the community.  Jon Singleton was just added to the system, so i am strongly considering using my #2 spot on him.  I have read some unbelievable things about that kid, but I am not sure if i should wait for a guy like Cosart to get added instead.  Any and all opinions are welcome and helpful...thanks in advance

In a 10 team keeper dynasty league (there is no limit how long we can keep our players) I was offered either Matt Holliday OR Andre Ethier for Cole Hamels...My OF's currently are Shane Victorino, Bobby Abreu, Michael Bourn, Carlos Beltran and Ben Zobrist (all of which finished top 20 in points for OF's...except for Beltran who was hurt) and my SP's are Doc Halliday, Ubaldo, Wainwright, Gallardo, Hamels, De La Rosa, Wandy...I am leaning towards taking Matt Holliday for Hamels...any thoughts? Thanks

Hey all, i know a lot of us dont like to answer fantasy related questions, but any advice would be appreciated...anyway, i play in a head to head keeper dynasty league where we can keep the players for as long as we want...I own Broxton and Nathan as my closers but might trade Broxton for Cain (a no brainer to me)...I would then need to make a deal for another closer, since we need to start 2 RP's every week...My options are:

1.  I give Justin Smoak and Michael Taylor for Heath Bell...my thoughts: giving up 2 potential starts for a closer in fantasy isnt the smartest move, yet i would be giving up 2 people that wouldnt help me win the championship this year (and i own Albert Pujols and Ryan Howard so Smaok has no where to play)

2.  I give E. Jackson, G. Soto, Aaron Hicks for D. Aardsma and Todd Frazier...my thoughts: I hate giving up on E. Jax but i think i have the SP depth to make up for that loss (especially if i go and get Cain-i would have Cain, Halliday, Gallardo, Ubaldo, Wandy as my main horses), and I am very frustrated with Soto but have Posada for this year, and as much as i like Hicks, he is like 4 years from a fantasy impact.

3.  I give Beltran and Chris Tillman for R. Franklin...my thoughts: Franklin to me, although old (for baseball standards), is on the best team and has been outstanding...but is giving up a potential top 10 OF next year, when healthy, and a guy like Tillman too much for Franklin (who isnt guaranteed a job next year-i dont think)...

I was wondering if anyone had a scouting report for this kid...He is a lefty in the Angels orginaization and was recently moved up to AAA.  In his 2 starts there he went: 9ip 2h 0r 0bb 4k's (threw a shutout) and he followed that up with a 7ip 3h 1bb 4k game (got a ND)...His line this year between AA/AAA is 5-3, 1.81 era, 84.2 IP, 59 h, 17 er, only given up 2 hr's, 21 bb's and 59 k's...batters are only hitting .193 off him...any help would be appreciated, thanks

Made his ML debut today for the Detroit Tigers going 5 innings 8 hits 2 ER 2 BB and 7K's...can anyone give me his scouting report? I saw a few highlights and it looked like he had a real nasty slider...what are some of his other pitches? What does he get his fastball up to?  How is his command?  I believe he was brough straight up from AA...thanks in advance everyone

Bobby Cox announced that Kris Medlen will get called up to start on Tuesday night in place of Jo Jo Reyes...let the hype machine roll.  I know we have talked about him briefly, but isnt it a bit surprising that they are calling him up over Hanson? How succesful can he be at the ML level? Does anyone have a scouting report on what he throws? I already own him in my dynasty league so i am pretty pumped.

Hey guys, no prospects involved here but i value your opinions so i thought id give it a try...i am in a keeper dynasty league and we get to keep the players for as long as we want.  I was offered Josh Johnson and Fransisco Cordero for Roy Halliday and Ubaldo Jiminez...do i make this deal?  My closers are Nathan and Broxton...is the consistancy of Halliday too much to give up for the upside and youth of Johnson?  Thanks

Hey guys, does anyone know what position he is actually playing this year? Or better yet what they are doing with him for the future, as far as defense goes? I know he gave up catching but i thought it was for 2b, and i see milb.com has him listed at 1b.  He is raking right now, and i own him in my dynasty league hoping he is my 2b of the future.  Thanks

Hey guys, Im in a fantasy keeper league and we get to hold onto 9 minor leaguers.  Unfortunatly my 3 targets, Jason Knapp, Ethan Martin and Martin Perez have all been added at the same time and are all currently on waivers.  That means i have no shot at getting them all but hopefully i'll be able to get one of them.  Which one should i choose? All have extremely high upside. I am leaning towards Knapp or Martin, but i love Perez...thoughts? opinions? thanks
