Wisconsin and Missouri are dead even in football and have provided some of the most glorious football through its own history. The coaches like Barry Alvarez and Dan Devine are the symbols of some of the greatest coaches of their time. The teams that we laugh at because of their delusional claims that were dead even because of a couple bad years (kansas, Indiana, and Northwestern). The thing is they don't have years at where they didn't beat some of the big time football programs and had powerhouse decades. Last I would like to say On Wisconsin! And MIZ-ZOU.

Missouri and Wisconsin have a lot of good years and some bad years but really since the AP polls have done polls in 1936 there have been really no programs that look alike other than Wisconsin and Missouri. I wish someday we can play you guys because those would be som really good battles and both teams seem to have a breakout season once every 10 years. Both are on the cusp of being great football programs that seem to have stuff hold them back. On Wisconsin and MIZ-ZOU.

This is surely a great day for your university and every football player that has played Buffalo football. ku football is in the next year going to a much simplistic conference called the MAC. They are going to get swallowed up in the MAC and will have to drop football. Thanks for giving Turner Gill to ku and reminding ku that their football program isn't even close to mediocre. Football team sucks and basketball does too. Mike rice won 1 game at Rutgers and statistically you guys rank 126 out of 309 basketball programs. Missouri on the other hand is one of the great basketball programs and has a top 30 football programs and has never had an NCAA violation. For one thing we don't have brain dead retards running our athletic instructions and have respected coaches. We also have a nationally renowned journalism school that is #1 in the world and easily beat any dumb hick from New Jersey. We also have a storied tradition in softball and baseball that includes 2 national titles and 12 College World Series combine.

I hate the naysayers Missouri has 4 orange bowls, 2 sugar bowls, and 2 cotton bowls. 2 major bowl victories and 2 top 5 teams and 8 top ten teams 18 total ap ranked teams. In basketball we have 8 tournament titles 8 regular season titles 24 NCAA appearances 7 sweet sixteens 4 elite eights since 1976. We also have 10 all Americans, 30 seasons with a winning percentage of 600 since 1970. Baseball we have 29 conference titles 26 NCAA tournaments 8 World Series and National title.

Those were some fun games I had witnessed over the years, man one of the most underrated games ever. Two teams with the same football history and have path that cross each other with Dan Devine and Frank Kush. I am just sad we cant play each other, the schedule is out and we took Indiana instead of Arizona State? Are they high? I would play Arizona State instead of a Division two team like Indiana. I really like your blog it has great information specific to mizzou sports I find it so informative on a wide range of issues and the stories from one particular football season like 2007 and the Cotton bowl team to the 1960 team that gave Mizzou's first undefeated season. I am an 97 grad so I remember the Corby Jones years and the miracle he almost pulled off. My dad went to Mizzou in 1962 and remembers the sugar bowl when Johnny Roland beat the whole entire Florida team. But my favorites are always the basketball specials when you tell the stories of Willie smith, Steve Stapnovich, Jon Sunvold and Doug Smith, I lighten up like a kid in a candy store. I also remember the 99 yard bomb Chase Daniel threw at the end of the football game against Oregon state. Man special times and thanks Bill C, thereadkiller, countrycal, The Beef for the great and articulate write ups I read on Rockmnation, filled with cuteness.

Kansas football has become such a joke that Northwestern has become a more prestigious football program than ku. Obviously Mizzou has more history than ku and Northwestern has combine, but nobody should feel worst about there football program than ku. I really do hope Charles Weis makes them the worst football program ever. I like workaholics and love that show the people of that show are savants of comedy. But anyways ku sucks at football they are turning into Indiana and hope they join futility u and rush the field after a loss saying were the worst. I am sorry if you guys hate me but the sec pride is really showing accoriding to espn mizzou ranks in at 36 and Arkansas ranks in at 19 out of 119 football programs. Now in the 50's and 60's Missouri and Arkansas was neck and neck and the 70's mizzou ranks in at 32 and Arkansas 13 but in the 80's we we were average and the 90's we sucked. I think were a lot like Wisconsin or iowa and Arkansas is like texas am, but really those are solid spots for both schools. And for those kU fans who say were dead even we are 40 spots better than them. lets burn that piece of shit town and skin that leftist bird

Your **** ******* buds in Lubbock are at 42. But 11 out of the 14 teams in the sec are in the top 40 in college football, which is 1 out of 4 sec program are in the top 40 of college football. Only Kentucky, Miss. state, South Carolina and Vandy are not in the top 40. 10 of the sec teams are in the top 25. Missouri is almost there, but not quite. damn oh well we always have basketball.
