A whole lot of MMA in my future
So i finally decided a year later to put my netflix account to good use. I have queued up about 100 MMA DVD's pretty much covering The UFC and PRIDE.
I have been a fan of MMA since the start of TUF like most people and I believe I have seen all the cards since then minus 1 or two. I never got too much into PRIDE but I figured I would get those bad boys too. Check out the list of DVD's. Am I being a little too ambitious here?

Welcome to the new people
From the number of viewers CBS received for it's EliteXC card on Saturday I am sure that there are tons of new fans browsing around the internet looking for more information on the fighters they just watched.
I am also positive that all of us who run a MMA site have noticed a influx of traffic from search engines and from all of our link exchanges.
With the influx of new fans I would just hope that those of us that have been around for a while would welcome them with open arms, and help them to see what it is about this sport that we love so much. I hope we can direct them to the places they need to go to learn more and discover more of this great sport than just EliteXC and the UFC.
I have already seen a few comment posts on other sites with new people being bashed for making simple mistakes and for simply being new. It is sad that we all see the complaints about fighters not making enough money yet dont realize that new fans and more exposure is what gets these guys, who put their heart and sould out there for our entertainment, the kind of pay we think and know they deserve,
All I am asking for is that we cut them a little slack and give some insight into the sport and let them learn without making them feel like they arent worth our time or effort.
