Bucs Dugout Dealing With the Yinzers

I run a bar/restaurant about 40 mintues north of the city.  Because of my job, I am in constant face-to-face contact with an ever-growing number of Yinzers.  I have to listen to unemployed drunks talk day in and day out about how cheap Bob Nutting is.  I have to hear 20 times a day how (insert any player we traded in the last 2 years here) is a sure-fire hall of famer and (insert who we got in return if they're capable of remembering here) is a bum.  Tonight I had a guy tell me the Steve Pearce is a "bum" because "that was only his first home run of the season." That was the last straw.  I'm sick and tired of listening to these idiots and their unintelligent arguments.

Here is how a typical conversation with these Yinzers goes:

Yinzer: "The pirates traded away all their good players."

Me: "Those players weren't really all that good and most of them were set to become free agents so we would lose them anyways and get nothing in return."

Yinzer: (Notice they never directly respond to my arguments) "It's all about money, they don't care about winning."

Me: "If it was all about money, they wouldn't have invested in their Dominican Facility, they wouldn't have signed Pedro Alvarez, and they wouldn't have sent money in the Laroche and Wilson-Snell trades."

Yinzer: (Still not acknowledging any of my arguments) "They're just a farm system for the Yankees."

Me: "Almost everyone they've traded has fallen off drastically after being traded or has no track record to suggest he can keep up his level of play."

Yinzer: "We could have a good team if they just kept all those guys."

Me: "No, they were a bad team when they had all those guys."

Yinzer: "They traded away all their good players."

Me: "Those players weren't really all that good and most of them were set to become free agents so we would lose them anyways and get nothing in return."

Notice at this point we've come full circle back to the top of the conversation.  I generally go through this cycle about 3 or 4 times with a given Yinzer while they throw back 3-4 IC Light Drafts and then mumble something about J & L closing on their way out the door. (That was like 25 year ago! Move on!)

So my question is this, how does everyone else go about dealing with these types of people? I can't just ignore them like I'd like to because they are my customers, but I don't know that there's any way to deal with people who are unable to look at the situation rationally. Any thoughts?
