In a 20 team dynasty would you make this deal?

I would give Ross Detwiler (LHP WAS) and Elijiah Dukes

I would recieve Freddie Freeman (1B ATL) and Brandon Hicks (SS ATL)

Would I be winning this deal? Freddie Freeman is a better prospect than Detwiler and Dukes is very talented, yet very injury prone. I don't know much about Brandon HIcks though. Can someone enlighten me and help me make this decision. All help is appreciated.
