OT- It's official, Comerica is hosting GLI hockey
The NHL Winter Classic has been officially confirmed for UM's Big House. However, they're also building a stadium in Comerica Park to host a few things as well, including the 2012 Great Lakes Invitational hockey tournament, the Alumni game, and a few other events. I think it's a very nice use of Comerica during the winter, and I can't wait to go.

Baseball as a sport was entirely foreign to me prior to 2005. My high school team was always a division finalist (Centreville, MI, a small D school), and the one that produced the White Sox's Matt Thornton, but I never got involved in it. What's funny about that is that I tried every single other sport my school offered, from track and cross country to football and basketball. (Golf is not a sport, it's a leisure activity). But for some reason baseball never had a good grip on me.
