Someone willing to speak out and attack the lie that this would not cost taxpayer's money.</p><p>It would. Just like TIF districts. &nbsp;When you cap sales taxes going to the city and divert the additional revenue to pay for things that private industry can easily afford, its called corporate welfare. And people who live in the city are going to pay and suffer for it as a result. This is why we still need the Sun-Times. A voice willing to challenge authority.</p>
