Haven't seen anyone else mention this yet, but Sidney Crosby has scored a hat trick on the same day of the same weekend 3 yrs in a row--Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. Nov 27th, 2010 (4-1 against Calgary) , Nov 28th 2009 (8-3 against Rangers), and Nov 29th 2008 (4-1 against the Devils--I was at that game). Does that constitute a hat trick of hat tricks? The Pens are just full of "traditions"--Crosby Hat Trick weekend, and Fleury Shut-out day (March 25th).
