I live in San Luis Obispo and have probably seen every Cal Poly home game. I was wondering what Radier fans thought of Ramses as an option if Crabtree isnt there in the first. There are a couple recievers that should be there in the 2nd but if the Raiders pass on taking a WR in the first couple rounds I think Barden would be an interesting weapon to add to the Offense in the later rounds. First he is huge, he went against smaller DB's in college and man handled them at 6'6 225lb he breaks tackles and can take a hit. For a big man he has excellent body control and hands, early in his career he seemed ackward but really seemed to grow into his body. His downside, for as big as he is he had problems breaking press coverage at the senior bowl. He didnt see much press at the college level. Poly ran a hybrid option offense with Barden was the only real recieving threat and because of that he doesn't have a tons of experience running NFL routes, at Poly it was go routes, posts and drags. So if he was available in the 4-5 rounds would you take a chance on a mini-Plax type WR? at the least he would give Russel a goal line fade route option.
