Randy "Woody" Moss Anonymously Rips Coach on Air
A guy named "Woody" called up a Tennessee radio station to complain about Jeff Fisher. "Woody" sounds an awful lot like our old friend, Randy Moss. In fact, he sounds EXACTLY like him. Check out the audio mash-up in the link, and tell me that's not Randy.
Brady Defends the Ugg Endorsement Deal
Tully Banta-Cain and Logan Mankins wear Uggs? Tom Brady and Justin Timberlake have Entourage dates via Skype? This article is a treasure trove.
Braylon Edwards Arrested
Arrested for DWI. Probably has a hefty suspension coming his way, given his past.
My question is: why couldn't this have happened BEFORE Sunday?
Asante can't get over Belichick.
Asante takes his 23rd parting shot at Belichick and the Patriots:
“I ain’t never said it, but Belichick, I just felt like he had a thing for me,” Samuel said. “He had something against me. I have no idea why. He was going to start Troy Brown, a receiver, at nickel [corner] and I’m over here sitting healthy and he don’t want to even play me.”

Pats Re-Sign Faulk
Terms not yet revealed.

This might be a throwback, but I found it at least appropriate to revisit in light of the newest piece of evidence (Manning's SB loss) in the Brady/Manning debate.
When "Do Your Job" isn't enough.
The much-heralded Belichick mantra has made its way around the league, spreading like wildfire wherever Belichick disciples land. For many, the workman-like approach to football is refreshing and invigorating. It brings players back to the basics - make tackles, throw accurate passes, don't fumble the ball, know your routes. The focus on execution is the mantra's lynchpin, and it has served its followers well, building solid, fundamentally sound teams.
"Do Your Job" also does a tremendous job keeping things drama-free. When you lose, it's because you and your teammates didn't do your jobs well enough. You failed to execute - end of story. Nobody else is to blame; there is nowhere else to turn to shed the liability for the loss.
But the armor of "Do You Job" has its chinks, and I think the 2009 season exploited them.

Broncos-Pats AFC Championship Game
Not only would it be an incredible game with riveting sub-plots, but it would be quite the tribute to the football genius of Bill Belichick. Not only has he won three superbowls, four AFC championships and guided his team toward history's only 16-0 season, but he's also unleashed his protege on the AFC's most obnoxious division - the AFC West (really, they win that award just for the Chargers - thanks to Phillips, LT and Merriman).
