While I am long time Yankee fan, I will already concede 2009 season.  They simply cannot beat the better teams, such as Boston and LA.  Have lost 12 times to both teams. What if they had even split?? Would be big difference, but that does not matter now.  They do not have what it takes to win the big games that are necessary to win.  Biggest downfall: Inconsistant Pitching.  Hope you guys have a Merry Christmas and will see you in the spring of 2010.
