the terrible, terrible music that the PA played at OKC. ugh. are you kidding me? stop yelling at the crowd to clap your hands, my bro. and 'we will rock you, the cd skipping version' over the entire 20 seconds of a blazer offensive set with 5 minutes left? really? this is allowed? i was distracted. i was pushing napkins wide right on the way to the garbage pail. i missed the toliet with my nature calls. i missed the pillow with my head. i mean, its like psychological audio warfare. like what the feds did at waco. and then on the other side, oklahoma city needs to be prodded into clapping? they would love to clap but they just don't when?

could we have played better ? no. probably not. not with the distractingly horrible DJing of the THUNDERDOME.

though earl watson and nick collison would make a good master blaster.

these are just my observations. just my thoughts man...

i was reading this article by the Toronto Star writer Dave Feschuk and I had a flashback to the bad ol' days of Steve Patterson. Man, remember when we had all these needs? And now our biggist need is more time in the game to play all our guys. I mean, how are we gonna find playing time with all these guys? KP is an artist...nee...a master gardener. This current blazers is his masterwork, a garden of basketball. . 100 % organic. The victories taste sweeter then the ones during the Trader Bob era because we've watched them grow. They taste earned. Good for you too. Low in fiber. No saturated fat now that Z-bo's gone.

The practice of yoga is not only an ancient and sacred art of realizing the truth about yourself; its also a great workout, increases flexibility and allows you to relax, unwind and de-compress yourself. Which is something that all of us need, not only the ones shooting free throws in front of 20,000 people.

I propose a campaign to get the Blazers to hire a yoga teacher to work with the team full time. On breathing, meditation and asanas.

There's no downside. Decrease injury, increase peace. More victory.

Is it possible to have 3 rookie of the year Candidates on one team?

No. I guess not. That would be crazy. Unheard of. Out of the question.

Oh wait. Unless that team is the 08-09 Portland TRAIL BLAZERS!

Fellas, (and lady fellas) we have ourselves a conundrum. Lets bang on it.

Granted the ROY usually goes to a talented rookie on a weaker team where he can put up a 100 shots a game, and that's not gonna happen on this loaded weapon 1 line-up that we currently have.

BUT STILL. Its fun to talk about and get excited for.

Guys, I'm sayin', it might happen. I mean....it really might happen. I think we may need to adjust our time table a little for the men in black to attack the post-season. I think it could happen this year!! Sure, we'll almost surely get eliminated instantly, but our young squad could gain priceless playoff experience to prepare for a deeper surge next year, and the NBA finals the year after! So what do you say, what are the odds?

Was flushed by the newest Blazer, none other then Mr. Fredrick Jones. Back in high school, I travelled with my freshman team to West Linn for a pre-season mini-tourny. Freddy was, at that time, a senior and the best player in the state. Everybody was watching when he leaped and executed an off-the-back-of-the-iron-rebound-into-a-windmill-monster-jam that brought the house down. Spectacular.

I'm just saying, I have a good feeling about him being back in Oregon. A real good feeling.

I like Espresso. But he's spanish, and his nickname should refect this.
