I hope this is just a rumor
Mike Florio is reporting on pft.com that there are rumors that Bob is out for the year with yet another Bi-ceps injury.
For the sake of the Colts and for Bob's future career in this league I really hope this is not true. I really believe if these rumors are true that Bob has no future beyond this year in Indy.
Keiaho not tendered
According to rotoworld.com the Colts did not extend a restricted free agent tender to Keiaho, making him an unrestricted free agent. This is interesting considering we do not have much in the way of LB's already. Rotoworld thinks the Colts may be trying to move away from the Cover-2 scheme, possibly hinting that we would like more run-stopping LB's as opposed to what Keiaho brought to the table. Maybe we will be looking to LB for our first round pick, although Mr. Polian seems to have a eye for LB's late in the draft.
Harrison involved in shooting?
It is being reported that Marvin Harrison was involved in a shooting Tuesday night in Philidelphia. It started when Harrison got into a physical altercation at Marvin's bar called "Playmakers" in Philidelphia, the altercation was with a man they have had known problems with at the bar. The man then left and supposedly Marvin followed and gun shots ensued, the man was grazed in the hand by a bullet and an innocent young bystander was hit by shattered glass. The cops recovered 7 bullets from the vehicle that was shot at and the cops found a gun that matched those bullets at a carwash owned by Harrison in the Philidelphia area. Harrison acknowledged the gun is registered to him but that the gun had never left his home. No charges have been filed and no arrests have been made. The cops are waiting on statements from witnesses to place Harrison as the shooter before an arrest can be made. This report is coming from Anthony Gargano, WIP AM a Philidelphia radio station.
I saw this on Outside the Lines, and now on NFL Live on ESPN.
We may lose Marvin but not from injury, I hope this did not happen like this I thought Marvin and the Colts were above this type of stuff.

I saw this coming all along
Pollack is a great pick and I knew this was a possibility all along, please refer back to the post on feb. 23rd by shake n bake and look down at the 3rd comment and then you will all see my Polian like skills of picking talent. This pick adds depth and talent to our line that took a hit this year by losing scott, I like it and Pollack will be great at guard and a great understudy for Jeff Saturday.

Marshall Pro Day
While I understand profootballtalk.com is not a source that is reliable they are reporting that the Colts attended the pro day at Marshall. I only found two players ranked by scout.com from Marshall a "one star" center Doug Legursky, 6-3/311 who is also being ranked by scout.com as the #14 ranked center in the draft, and a quarterback who was rated as a "three star" Bernard Morris, 6-4/ 220 this guy is also considered by scout.com to be the #6 ranked qb in the draft. I personally hope we are looking at the qb and not the cneter from the way they are ranked but who knows I will not question Polian's skills, because the as far as im concerned when it comes to finding talent we should all live by the words "In Polian We Trust".
Rhodes
Rotoworld is reporting Dominic Rhodes has restructured his contract and will stay with the Raiders for 2008. His cap number got restructured to only cost the Raiders 1.75 million which is much cheaper than the 3 million he was owed. I don't know why they worried about lowering his cap number with the amount of money they have spent on unproven talent this whole offseason.Too bad he didn't get released I would have liked to have had Rhodes back with us this year.
Draft 2008
I feel that I can almost guarantee that we will draft a quarterback on the first day of the draft. With all the decent quarterbacks going, and only really one deserving to go in the first round (Matt Ryan), we could get possible a great one with the picks that we have. Last year's problems with depth at defensive end, linebacker, running back, and wide receiver, there is no way that Polian and Dungy will let our quarterback position be left up to Sorgi (if Peyton gets injured).
