I want to know what you guys think about some of the Niners younger players.  This will surely influence which direction they go in the draft.

Reggie Smith- Is he a CB, Safety, nickel back only?  They liked him alot coming out of college, thought if he stayed in school he would have been a 1st round pick last year.  Hasn't cracked the lineup much yet.  Is that because of injuries, youth, or is he just a bust?

Kentwan Balmar- They didn't wait long to have him name called on draft day, but he hasn't cracked the D line rotation much.  Is he a NT, end in a 3-4, or is he a bust too?  He seems to be slow off the line, but he is huge.

Cody Wallace- He's looked good in preseason the last two years but is hardly ever active.  Is he a potential future guard or strictly a center?  I think he has a place on the team.

Chilo Rachal- Another talented guy that came out too early.  Is he still learning or is he overrated and just  going to be a journeyman. 

All these guys show flashes every now and then but are they guys that can eventually be starters?
