Spurs get Jefferson

For Bruce Bowen, Oberto, and Kurt Thomas as being reported by Chad Ford on his chat. Great trade for the Spurs if Jefferson is healthy. He can spread the floor and can run with Tony Parker. Also, he's proven he can play at a high level in the playoffs. I guess the main questions are, is he past his prime and/or can he stay healthy for the entire season. This may put the Spurs on par with the Lakers and Nuggets. Good trade, I think.

How do you guys at Pounding the Rock feel about this trade?

I am not necessarily advocating trading for Rich Harden. In fact, I am not. However, i am curious as to what it would take for the Cardinals to acquire him. Meaning, how much do you think Billy Beane is expecting in return. For instance, could Duncan & Reyes & a B- prospect get him or would Beane start all negotiations with Rasmus? I dont know why I am curious because I dont think there is any more room in the Cardinal's trainer room for Harden.
