Thank god the browns lost, and why Colt McCoy is important to the Eagles
First off allow me to preface this by saying a) I Love Kevin Kolb and have been clamoring for him since we drafted him . B) I DO NOT hate Micheal VIck , the guy is simply amazing. Now since we have Mr. Vick playing out of his mind right now , and since it is likely the Eagles sign him long term, and it is equally likely we will NOT keep 2 high end QB's we will need to trade Kolb (sigh) . Of all the likely landing spots for Kolb, Cleveland was at the top of alot of peoples list. Tom Heckerts ties to the eagles and his statement earlier this year (about how he'd give two 1st for Kolb) made alot of commentators and eagles fans alike consider this a perfect trade setup. However after watching Colt McCoy play today and the energy he brings (he avtually managed to help defeat the evil pats and gave the Browns a chance today) I find it hard to beleive that our best (in terms of what we would gain ) trade partner would want to pull the trigger on such a deal. I dont see Buffalo being interested as they seem to have settled on thier QB sitch, and the Raiders are doing alright out west , as is the Rams. So I see our trade possiblilties dwindling as a result of the play of Colt McCoy (at least with the Browns) . What do you guys think?

McNAbb FORCED the trade!!!!!
Got this from Yahoo sports
Donovan McNabb(notes) stood his ground against the Philadelphia Eagles for the second straight year. Now, the question is whether he’ll get his revenge.
After being told last month that the Eagles would not deal him to NFC East-rival Washington, McNabb essentially forced Philadelphia’s hand by refusing to talk with any of the other teams that had expressed interest in recent weeks. In the process, McNabb can now take out his simmering anger on the Eagles’ front office that essentially forced him out of a city where he had played his entire career.
“Frankly, I’m a little shocked,” a source close to McNabb said. “I never thought [the Eagles would] do this. Never. But, yeah, this is the same thing that happened last year.”

That’s a reference to when McNabb leveraged the Eagles to give him a “financial apology” after he had been benched in Week 12 of the 2008 season during a blowout loss to Baltimore. This time, McNabb won a stare-down with Eagles president Joe Banner and right-hand man Howie Roseman.
A stare-down that could come back to haunt the Eagles if they’re not right about new starter Kevin Kolb(notes), who is going into his fourth season but remains largely untested. If Kolb fails and McNabb, who is going to play in a similar system under strong offensive head coach Mike Shanahan, makes the Redskins a consistent contender over the next three to four years, the results could undermine what has been one of the league’s most consistent front offices.
McNabb, who is in the final year of his deal, made this happen by making it clear he wasn’t going anywhere else but Washington. When the Buffalo Bills expressed interest – and even were willing to give McNabb a contract extension – he passed on the offer. When the Oakland Raiders sniffed around and showed willingness to trade for the quarterback without an extension, McNabb indicated to the Eagles through his associates that he’d retire.
“He has plenty of money,” the source close to McNabb said. “He’s not doing anything he doesn’t want to do.”
For the past two weeks, the Eagles had hoped McNabb’s resolve would thaw. He refused to budge, even telling the Eagles he’d be glad to return to the team even though he knew full well Philadelphia wanted no part of the season-long distraction his presence would create. What the Eagles wanted more than anything was to clear the way for Kolb to start and, in the process, sign him to a contract extension at a more favorable price. Kolb also quietly has been forcing the issue by making it clear that if he’s not the starter by this season, he wouldn’t sign an extension. Kolb’s contract is set to expire at the end of this season, meaning the Eagles would have had to put a high tender on him after this season to keep him.
While the Eagles may have paved the way for a new Kolb deal, Banner and Roseman could be paving the road for their dismissal if this doesn’t work. This could be a tipping point in determining who really runs the Eagles. Coach Andy Reid called the shots on the roster, until most recently, when that power increasingly shifted to Banner, a clever contract negotiator who has become expert in locking up players to long-term deals and keeping the Eagles competitive.
Banner
The problem is that Banner’s semi-Moneyball techniques haven’t produced a championship. Neither has McNabb, but he has gotten the Eagles to five NFC championship games and one Super Bowl. Was that success more McNabb or Banner?
Reid believed it was McNabb and had voiced his desire for the Eagles to keep him, even if it cost them Kolb. “Andy thinks Kolb is going to be really good, maybe great. But he knows Donovan is great and probably will be for three or four years,” said a source close to Reid.
Now teamed with Shanahan, a brilliant playcaller, McNabb could exact some serious payback from the Eagles. It would be sweet justice for McNabb, who never has felt respected in Philadelphia.
“Not from Day 1,” the source close to the quarterback said, referring to when Eagles fans booed when McNabb was selected instead of Ricky Williams(notes) in 1998. “Never, and after a while you get tired of it. He’s put up with this for his whole career. They never gave him real weapons until now with those guys [wide receivers Jeremy Maclin(notes) and DeSean Jackson(notes)]. He took them to how many title games with a bunch of stiffs at [wide] receiver?”
McNabb did have Terrell Owens(notes) in 2004, but that turned into a well-documented disaster the following season.
While the Redskins don’t feature a bunch of stars at wide receiver or running back and are rebuilding their offensive line, they have the No. 4 overall draft pick. They also have Shanahan.
Not a bad situation if you’re McNabb.

BREAKING TRADE NEWS!!!!
Bullshit.com is reporting that a 3 way trade involving the Philadelphia Eagles, the New York Giants , and The Dallas Cowboys is in the works. Acording to league sources the deal would entail ALL of Philadelphia's 10 picks in the upcoming draft to be divided equally among the Cowboys and the Giants, and in return the Eagles would recieve both the Easter Bunny and Santa Clause.
In response to trade Eagles owner Jeff Lurie had this to say" Well we figured that with Mr. Clause's ability to bring presents to kids all around the world in one night he could be helpful in delivering a Super Bowl to the people of Philadelphia as they have been REAL good these past few decades"
Eagles newest executive Howie Roseman added "We've had our eyes on him for a couple years now, and have been impressed with his productivity"
When asked about playing for the team that so infamously snowballed him years ago Santa said" Well....That was decades ago, theyve been good since than and I look forward to helping this team over the hump in anyway i can"
Finally , when questioned about the role the Easter bunny would play head coach Andy Reid responded" Well i would love to see what he can do on the field, he has a lot of upside given his vertical leap, however he has a tendency to lay goose eggs alot . I think Im just going to have put him in a better position for us to win"
Many Eagles fans are shocked into silence but one angry fan did have this to say ..." Well atleast Donovan can hop into the bunny's pouch and have plae to hid when he misses a wid open reciever!"

Well I think that uh, tonight we had some issues ,and we tried to overcome them but uh , I think we definitly showed our youth tonight".....................................................................................................................................................................................
new overtime rules....WTF?!!!
Just pulled this from PE.com ....I really wish the comishh would stop screwing with things and just let the boyz play ball!
On a non-Eagles front, there could be a change coming to the overtime rules next season. Per NFL.com, the league's Competition Committee will propose that both teams will get the ball at least once in overtime unless the first team gets the ball scores a touchdown. If the team that gets the ball first only scores a field goal, the other team will get the ball. If the second team to get the ball scores a touchdown, it wins. If the second team gets a field goal, then it becomes sudden death with the next score determining the winner. The proposed rule change would only be in effect for playoff games
there is NO Kolb deal
this is directly from PE.com (for whatever thats worth....
The suprise deal of the off-season...
Alright everybody ...you asked for it. Donovan McNabb is NOT going to be in an eagles uniform by the end of training camp next season. I base this hypothosis not on any football statistic scewed to the ninth degree , or any inside information. This idea is based strictly on the buisiness ideaology of "You give the customer what they want" . In my own field of expertise (self employed sheetrock contractor) I cant COUNT the number of times a customer has asked me to do something that i KNOW will never work, I KNOW will end up cracking and looking like shit 2 years down the road, and I KNOW is truthfully a royal pain in my ass, but i do it anyway....becuase the customer is the guy (or woman ) handing me the money. Its just smart business.
Now Jeff Lurie is one SMART businessman. His Eagles rank among the top TEN most profitable teams in the NFL NBA annnnnd NHL (along with Bob Krafts patriots and scumbag jones's cowgirls) Mr lurie is NOT about to naysay all the public outcry for a new QB. Hes gonna listen to his cutomer base and believe it or not Mr. McNabb WILL be traded by the beginning of the 2010 season.
But i might be wrong.....

Number 1 seed is nice but...I'll take the number 2
| By Pat Kirwan | NFL.com Senior Analyst |
With two weeks left to go in the regular season, six playoff spots have been clinched and another six remain to be earned.
With an eye toward the postseason, here's a look at a few trends to keep in mind as the regular season winds down and teams earn those coveted playoff spots.
Do playoff seeds really matter?
The ultimate goal of any team, of course, is to get to the Super Bowl and come out of it victorious. Does a No. 1 seed mean playoff success and a Super Bowl berth? The numbers don't exactly suggest that.
Since the 2000 season there have been nine Super Bowls played, which means 18 teams advanced to the penultimate game. Teams have advanced to Super Sunday from all six playoff seeds. Here's a breakdown of which seeds advanced, and then won, the Super Bowl:
| Seeds of Super Bowl teams (2000-08) | ||||
| Appearances | Wins | |||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Seed | No. | Teams | No. | Teams |
| No. 1 | 8 | 2000 Giants, 2001 Rams, 2002 Raiders, 2003 Patriots, 2004 Eagles, 2005 Seahawks, 2006 Bears, 2007 Patriots | 1 | 2003 Patriots |
| No. 2 | 4 | 2001 Patriots, 2002 Buccaneers, 2004 Patriots, 2008 Steelers | 4 | 2001 Patriots, 2002 Buccaneers, 2004 Patriots, 2008 Steelers |
| No. 3 | 2 | 2003 Panthers, 2006 Colts | 1 | 2006 Colts |
| No. 4 | 2 | 2000 Ravens, 2008 Cardinals | 1 | 2000 Ravens |
| No. 5 | 1 | 2007 Giants | 1 | 2007 Giants |
| No. 6 | 1 | 2005 Steelers | 1 | 2005 Steelers |
In taking a closer look at the seed slots, the No. 2 seed has produced the most Super Bowl champions. When grouped together, the top two seeds -- who would own first-round byes -- have a 66.6 percent change of making it to the Super Bowl and a 27.8 percent chance of taking home the Lombardi Trophy. Keep in mind that there has not been a No. 1 seed vs. No. 1 seed Super Bowl matchup in this nine-year span. A No. 1 seed has faced a No. 2 seed three times, and the No. 2 seed has won the Super Bowl all three times. It happened in 2001, when the New England Patriots defeated the St. Louis Rams in Super Bowl XXXVI. It happened the following year, when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the Oakland Raiders in Super Bowl XXXVII. And, it happened again in 2004, when the Patriots defeated the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl XXXIX.
The chances of winning a Super Bowl from the No. 3, 4, 5 or 6 seeds are the same. The best "wild-card" stories involved the No. 6-seeded 2005 Pittsburgh Steelers defeating the No. 1-seeded Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XL. The No. 5-seeded New York Giants defeated the No. 1-seeded -- and previously unbeaten -- Patriots in Super Bowl XLII. The only No. 1 seed to hoist the Lombardi Trophy were the 2003 Patriots, who defeated the No. 3-seeded Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl XXXVIII.
The 14-0 Colts have already clinched the AFC's top seed this year. The Saints can clinch the NFC's No. 1 seed with a win on Sunday at home against the 2-12 Buccaneers. There will be a lot of talk about how great a Colts-Saints Super Bowl matchup would be if the two could meet in South Florida in early February. However, keep in mind the trends of the past nine years. The No. 1 seeds have just a five percent chance of winning the Super Bowl. Two No. 1 seeds have yet to meet in the Super Bowl this decade, and haven't done so since the 1993 season when the Dallas Cowboys and Buffalo Bills met in Super Bowl XXVIII.
The Colts and Saints have looked like great teams all season, but the biggest mountain has yet to be climbed. It would be wise to pay closer attention to the teams that finish in the No. 2 seed, which at this point appears to be the San Diego Chargers and Minnesota Vikings.

Scoring personality of teams in playoff picture
Every team likes to start games fast and score in the first quarter. However, not all the good teams pile on points in the first quarter. Some teams have to get warmed up and pick up the pace later in the game. Still, other teams make excellent halftime adjustments and score more frequently in the third quarter. Finally, any team with aspirations to get to the Super Bowl better be able to close out a game, and fourth-quarter scoring is critical.
You'll notice that the New Orleans Saints and Minnesota Vikings are fast starters among the other playoff contenders, but they do kick it in gear when the teams switch ends of the field. Pay attention to the increased rate of scoring in the second quarter.
This season, the Saints scored 99 more points in the second quarter than in the first quarter. The Giants actually did the best among playoff contenders with 102 more points when comparing the first quarter to the second. Once Drew Brees and Eli Manning get a chance to see what they are dealing with, they tend to get to work. The Giants' win over the Redskins on Monday night was a good example. The Giants put 17 second-quarter points up on the Redskins. Note how many of the game's great quarterbacks really crank it up once they get a good look at the defensive looks.
The Baltimore Ravens have a young quarterback in Joe Flacco, and the halftime gives him and his teammates a chance to regroup.
Once they got hot in the second quarter, the Saints kept it rolling in the third quarter. New Orleans has scored 270 points in the second and third quarters, meaning that offense gets in rhythm and becomes very hard to stop. The fun doesn't end after 45 minutes of play; wait to see what the Saints do in the fourth quarter.
The Vikings are also able to keep it rolling from the second quarter into the third, with an impressive 217 points in the middle quarters.
The all-important fourth quarter is when the elite teams put the peddle down. The Chargers and Saints showed up in three of the four quarters as a top-five performer, which is impressive. All five of these closers have the receivers to make a play and the quarterback to get the ball into those talented receivers' hands.
Post-its for those of us snowed in.

Terror Alert in Chicago
Just received this in an email from a buddy living in Chicago:
The Chicago Bears football practice was delayed nearly two hours today after a player reported finding an unknown white powdery substance on the practice field. Head coach Lovie Smith immediately suspended practice and called the police and federal investigators.
After a complete analysis, FBI forensic experts determined that the white substance unknown to players was the GOAL LINE.
Practice resumed after special agents decided the team was unlikely to encounter the substance again this season.

Westbrook Suffers Another Concussion
November 15, 2009 | Last Updated: 11/15/09 7:50 PM ET | Comments (6)
For the second time this season, running back Brian Westbrook sustained a concussion. "I felt bad for Brian," said head coach Andy Reid. "It's something our doctors are going to look at and they'll be on top of it when we get (to Philadelphia)." It's too early to assess Westbrook's status going forward. "We don't have enough information" Reid said. "We're going to do everything the right way in the way we approach it." In other injury news, cornerback Sheldon Brown left the game with a hamstring injury, leaving another hole in an already depleted secondary. Reid said Brown's injury will be re-evaluated tomorrow. Left tackle Jason Peters did not play with an ankle injury. The Eagles lost to the Chargers 31-23. The Eagles made three early trips into the red zone and came away with field goals each time. On one drive, the Eagles were unable to score a touchdown when they had a first down on the 1-yard line. "That hurt us in the end," Reid said of the missed red zone opportunities. "When you're that close on a first down, you have to get in." But Reid said there were some positive things to take away from the loss. Trailing 28-9, the Eagles fought back to trail by only five points with over 7 minutes to go. bq."We were in a position to win the game, and when you're down by that much, it kind of rips your heart out," Reid said. "The guys battled to get in the position to win the football game. "Nobody hung their head and they kept fighting. There were some positive things, some things we can learn from."
babins extended role....from PE.com
DE Babin Expects To Play Sunday
Defensive coordinator Sean McDermott said on Thursday that he's "hoping for" the return of starting left defensive end Victor Abiamiri this Sunday when the Eagles travel to San Diego to take on the Chargers.
Abiamiri has practiced this week after missing the past three games with a knee injury. In his absence, Jason Babin
played and notched 2.5 sacks to give him his highest single-season total since 2006 when he had a career-high 5.0. Babin has only been active for four games this season, but it looks like he will continue to play even with Abiamiri's expected return.
"I'm practicing. That's usually a good indication when you're in the rotation," Babin said. "It's one of those things where it's more than just me. The whole point is to win. If me being out there is helping the team win, I'll be out there. If it doesn't, then I won't be."
McDermott wouldn't confirm whether Babin will play this Sunday, but did acknowledge that with "the way he's played up to this point, you have a hard time sitting a guy like that down."
The Chargers boast the league's seventh-best passing offense, but the worst rushing attack. That would provide support for keeping another defensive end active this week.
But Babin isn't just playing well as a defensive end. Babin has played inside as a tackle in certain pass downs for the first time in his career. Instead of worrying about beating one guy to the quarterback, Babin has to worry about the multiple linemen when playing inside. Babin's workload has increased on the field and in film study as well.
"You have to know how they set their shoulders, if they turn their shoulders. There are a lot of different nuances you have to learn when you are studying offensive guards and tackles," Babin said.
Signed by the Eagles in training camp, Babin has flourished in this scheme because of how they rotate the linemen. Babin's already a high-motor player, who can make the most of the 30-40 snaps per game that he said he has played in the past three weeks.
While he expects to keep that role, and with his production it would certainly be no surprise, the final say isn't up to him.
"I'm not paid to make that kind of call," Babin said. "I'm paid to go out there and practice, play and perform."

Kolb vs. McNabb ...and let this be the finall word
Alright folks.....First allow me to say that i AM a big McNabb fan. there with that outta the way let me clarify, I Love Donovan McNabb "the athlete" , ...I HATE Donovan McNabb the quarterback. The difference between the 2 is this. A quarter back Has 3 duties, 1) pass the ball ACCURATELY , and while McNabb has an INCREDIBLE arm his accuracey is at times suspect. 2) hand the ball off (thats really a no brainer a trained monkey could do that) 3) lead the team as an on feild general (which means he needs to THINK) McNabb has shown many times that his Iq at times is MORE than questionable. The cincy game, a timeout when we don't have any (oakland) not running up to the line and spiking the ball to stop the cclock (too many games too count). While some off you may be thinking I'm bashing our beloved DMAC , Im actually not. As I already stated Donny is one HELL of an athlete , his ability to pull plays outta his ass is unparralled. However so is Micheal Vicks...and would you want HIM calling our plays? I didnt think so.
Now as many people have pointed out, this is NOT entirely DMAC's fault. BECUASE he is such an athlete, Our esteamed head coach seems hell bent on using DMACS cannon ALLLLLLLLLL the time. this unfortunately is an
unfair burden to our Qb, due to the fact that it places ALL the responsiblity for being the playmaker on his shoulders(vs when Kolb,or Garcia is at the helm andy lets westy, djax, maclin etc. contribute) Now given this perfect storm of a headstrong head coach (ill be posting somthing on THAT subject later) and a highly talented but very inconsistent QB . It stands to reason that YES KOLB would be a better QB for the eagles due to the fact that he IS more accurate on the short pass, and ANDY IS more willing to run consistently, and KOLB ISNT as likely to make simple but unexcusable mistakes at crunch time. And if all this still isnt making sense let me make an equation outta it.
A+D=55/14 =-T.O.P.,-CC,BR=loss
A+K=50/50=+T.O.P,+CC,LR=win
Donovan McNabb
D-Donovan McNabb
K-Kevin Kolb
T.O.P. -time of possesion
CC-clock control
BR/LR- bigger/less risk factor
the ratio's are our run/pass depending on whos at the helm......

we ARENT who we thought we were
alright the game isnt even over and im posting this. Why, you may ask ....cuz its better than watching the last 2:13 seconds of this abomination of a football game. Im curios if andy" I like cheesteaks, yummmmmmy " Fucking Reid called up the detroit lions and asked" hey can we swap players this week ,just for kicks and not tell anyone?" sighs lets break it down.....
1) less tahn 15 run attempts the whole game . Andy, we have Westy who even HURT is one of the most dynamic backs in the game. We have McCoy , who by all accounts COULD be the next westbrook . WHY ?!!!! Why are you SO against the run when these two have PROVEN they can get the job done.
2) Why are we still so in love with McNabb? I love him too....but ....his inconsitency is killing me, us (the fanbase) , us (the team). Yes I really think the Time for Kolb to be put in is here. We have plenty of young, fresh , TALENTED new weapons for Kolb to develop with. kolb has shown He CAN be an excellent QB, But if we dont let him get some steady consistent playing time ...hes gonna end up another Jason Campbell. A really talented QB who never got to develop to his full potential.
3) Our defense is actually pretty good , despite what a lot of comments on the game thread said to the contrary. We held our opponent to 1 TD and a few FG's...thats respectable. They were the only reason the RAIDERS did get an even bigger win.
4) Why is Andy SOOOOOO obsessed with the deep ball? Has he plyed to much madden07 ? Does he think we can get 60 yards EVERY play? What ever happened to clock controll? How about 1st: 3yrd run 2nd: 4 yrd screen 3rd: 4 yrd dive by the full back...then hey look 11 yds....FIRST down! amazing. Do this process repeat a few times and whoooo your in the redzone, oooo, ahhhhh. Its classic football and it still works ....But andy is fucking obsessed with being larger than life( no pun intended). His gameplan is always so grandiose...its sickening. Id hate to bring it up but, Look at Bil Bellichik. His playcalling is simple, executable and EFFECTIVE..the pats have the rings we want to prove it, and NO its not becuase we arent just as talented as them.
THATS all for now ..im gonna go get drunk and pop percocets till i pass out .....gottta be better than what we just witnessed
POST_ITS (yall know what to do)
I would like to thank everyone who has been contibuting to this particular segment of eagledom. I also have some advice , for those of you whos link "freezes" Ive noticed if you shut down that tab , than reopen it it "rerfreshes " itself most of the time. This atleast has been true for me so far on the "adth" linc ( ive found this one to be the most reliable so far)
also ive noticed alot of people on the game threads comin in on the gameday threads asking for lincs....I am aware that alot of these people may be "newbies" , So if the "vets" could kindly point them in the right direction , it would be helpful for both sides as it would keep the thread discussions focused on the game itself.
agian THANK YOU to everyone whos helping us outta towners...and GO EAGLES!!!!

NFL Fines Sheldon Brown $10K for Wearing Jason Mask
Posted Sep 25, 2009 11:00AM By Ryan Wilson (RSS feed)
Pretty sure even those fans with just a passing interest in football probably thought to themselves, "Yep, he's definitely getting fined," when the Eagles' Sheldon Brown was announced prior to last Sunday's game while sporting a Jason mask. Gretz even fake tweeted it (proof reproduced after the jump).
And yesterday, the Real_RogerGoodell did what everybody expected: garnished Brown's wages for prematurely celebrating Halloween. Via PFT (via ESPN's Adam Schefter), Brown is now out $10,000 for the "uniform violation."
Forgetting the ten grand for a moment, Brown might want to tone it down a bit for another reason: the Saints hung 48 on the Eagles last week. The mask didn't take, apparently.
this is how classy the guys at CSC are
adopted a lame policy to prevent new signees the ability to post for a day and a half after they sign up to allow them time for their wounds to heal. Gotta love it !!! I think they should have three websites- one for their good fans- BGN, one for their fans who boo everyone BGBN, and one for their whining fans- BGWN !!!! LOL

as an eagles fan
allow me to point out that I for one was nothing but respectful when i was commenting on your thread. I even went so far as to go back to BGN and comment on how classy you guys were (saying you werent cowboyz fans is a BIG compliment in iggles talk). But i just read alot of comments saying how many of you desired to come over to BGN and make us eat "crow'. Well allow me to say you reep what you sow....So if this season doesnt turn out as well as you all hope, dont be surprised if many of us BGN'ers come over here a dish up a niiiiice dish of " humble gumbo" to you guys. Now to all the Saints fans who were very respectful to us...Great game ...yalll looked real good good luck, Hope to aee ya in the playoffs
MY rant for the week
Ok, I know its only week 2....but SERIOUSLY?!!!!!!!1
1. Our Defense KNEW we had to pressure brees, I barely ever saw hands up on the line . If we cant get to him atleats impede his vision
2 If we have one the best secondaries in the league, where'd they go today" Did they see the movie "SUrrogates" and decide it was a good idea? ? If we face another high powered offense like this one( and our d DOESNT stepup) were doomed
3 Didnt we pick up Hobbs from NE BECUASE he was supposed to be soooo good on ST's? WHat kinda crack did he smoke before the game? A fumble and a penalty were down 41-13 and he CELEBRATES cuz he finnaly does his job right? WTF!
4,5,6,7.... I HATE THE FUCKING OFFICIATING!!!! i KNOW WE MAY NOT HAVE WON THE GAME BUT DAMN! If that Fumble in the 2nd wasnt ruled dead , possible 6 from maclin. If they called holding on the play before NO's Td before the half they get 6 less (possibly) that right there is a 12-14 point difference...who knows where the game couldve gone?
Bright Notes
1 Hey Kolb looked pretty good out there for stepping into his first start in a pretty big game. Yeah he had 2 Int. But the 2nd was when the game was (for all intensive purposes) over, He probably wasnt " Into" the game at that point
2.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE DJAX .....do i really need to explain why?
3Celek is looking REALLL good , im glad we chose him to be our #1 and told LJ SMITH to hit the road
