After losing 4 out of 6 to Phillies and Yankees...

A frustrating week of baseball...  We could have easily gone 5-1.  No need to rehash the two extra inning losses and Friday's debacle.  No need to discuss today's pasting; yikes 15-0!

What does Omar have to do first?  Clearly we need help in several areas; I think first and foremost we need a power bat in the lineup to play either 1B or one of the corner OF positons.  Seems like Adam Dunn would be the best bet as he can play 1B until Delgado comes back, then go to LF or RF.  I'd like to know what the platoon of Tatis and Murphy are hitting since Delgado went down.  The power numbers we know for sure are not there.  What would we have to give up for Dunn?  Who else could we realistically go after to fill this need?

Absent Omar making any moves, I'd like to see Murphy play 1B everyday, and leave Tatis on the bench.  Tatis was a nice story last year -- this year not so much.  Seems like Murphy needs to play everyday.

Regarding the outfield, I don't know...  Sheffield looks tired and can't play everyday, and I don't think Church is the answer longterm.  That leaves F-Mart, who clearly should play everyday if he's going stay in the bigs, otherwise he should go back to AAA.  Not a lot of great options...

Any thoughts?
