I just joined the site but I've been reading it for awhile and I've been a member on other sbnation blogs for a bit. I recently started doing MMA training with a real legit coach here in Springfield MO and I've fallen in love. I wrestled and played football and I've been missing the competition and fun of proving yourself man on man. It's only been a couple weeks but I feel great and I can't stop looking up different techniques or going over footwork or moves in my head. It looks like I may have my first amateur fight in a couple months but only if I'm there every night and my trainer says I can go. Anyway, just thought I'd introduce myself. I'll keep you posted on my progress and when I do fight I'll be sure to post video for everyone too.
