Say the top two tackles are off the board and the Bengals are looking at Andre Smith, B.J., or Crabtree available.  Why not take USC's Ray M?  I know they need O-line help and this is considered a reach by all the talking heads, but how many times are they wrong about players. If this were an exact science, there would be no debate.  In my opinion, Andre is more of an unknown commodity than Ray.  How many negative issues have been brought up about Ray?  Who is trying to repair his image from the Combine? Would do you think would make a more immediate impact on the team? 

Can the Bengals draft a defensive player that would make the same impact later in the draft, or is there more of a chance that they can draft a tackle that could make the same impact as Andre? (think collins, round 4 last year)

I am just saying think about it, a stud linebacker to pair with his old college teammate.  To win in the AFC central you need to play D.  The Steelers and Ravens are stocked with defensive player of the years.  When was the last time the Bengals had a linebacker corp that put fear in other teams, like the Steelers and Ravens. 

I hate to compare the Bengals to the Steelers and Ravens as much as everybody else, but look at the results.  SB wins and consistent winners compared to what, one playoff apperance in 13 years.  If you can't beat them, join them!
