A Finals Open Thread Would Be Swell!
Seeing as how the Flyers NOT winning the Stanley cup is a great motivator to watch the cup (along with the possible birth of a Chicago dynasty, and it's great for hockey that they're in the finals), why isn't there an open game thread for the finals? To sum it up: A finals open discussion thread is more absent than quality goaltending on the Flyers and Hawks.

Capitals send Nylander to AHL, why can't we do it with Rozi?

They are paying him 5 million to play in the minors, why can't we pay Rozi a similar amount to do the same?
He's cost us games before. His play is unisipired and beyond sloppy.
If he is not sent down, we should at least buy him out at the end of the season. At this point it's better just to pay him not to play, especially when we have such great defensive prospects.

This is a damn shame. If I recall, this guy was a cinderella story, coming up from Tulsa of the CHL (a step below ECHL) to be in Rangers training camp, even playing on the Rangers squad in 2 preseason games.
In one scrimmage he scored two goals on Henrik. And he had a devestating moustache. And he was 6'7. And his name was pronounced like the cheesey food. Just seeing him out there with the 'stache made me feel like I was watching 70's era NHL.
Now he's not even good enough for the pack. Not even good enough for the Checkers. A damn shame.
