A little background and a thank you...I did not grow up playing hockey, but always watched (road) games with my brother, and went to a few at the old stadium in the 80's.  I know very little about NHL hockey except when in relation to the indian head.  That said, when my girlfriend started asking to go to a hawks game about 5 years ago (grew up in minne - a north stars fan, disgusting i know), I kept refusing - citing the usual "they suck" " there's 3000 people there", blah blah blah.  anyway...read up on kane and toews, etc...and decided to go the a scum game in early '07.  after the first period, i walked down behind 326 and bought and additional 5 games for that season.  since, i've been hooked.  and this great site has assited in that.  Thanks guys, and a special one to HawkVision.  Enjoy the game on the 3rd.
