Keep on burning Mr. Rome!

Seems he thinks Texas sitting home watching ou & Mizzou play for the Big XII championship is ridiculous. He said he thinks Texas Tech should have been out of the conversation and that Texas/ou head to head was all that mattered. He also stated he will be on his knees praying that Missouri gets the upset and sends Texas to the NCG over USC. He also made a Big Game Bob reference...gotta love it.

I just read that DKR has strict rules about banners and over-sized signs. The article did not mention details just that some were not allowed. My niece worked this week making a big one for tomorrows game promoting Colt for the Heisman. Do any of you know where I might find these rules. I would hate for her to bring it down from Ft. Worth and have it taken away at the gate. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Definition of Style?

I keep hearing references to style points and commentators saying that point spreads are important in the polls. In Saturdays game I think leaving in the starting defense would have most likely prevented Baylor's last touchdown and some slightly different play calling or leaving in the starting offense would have likely resulted in Texas scoring at least 52 points. I understand the risks of injury when players are tired and that Texas and Mack Brown are always considered a class act when it comes to sportsmanship. But with ou and Florida poised for strong finishes and our remaining games being relatively weak, is this a time when running a score up would not be considered unsportsmanlike?
