Virginia is for lovers. And West Virginia is for lovers of mixed martial arts (MMA).

"The Mountain State" recently became the 45th state in the U.S. to legalize MMA and as expected, UFC President Dana White couldn't be happier.

"We’ve worked hard to get this sport regulated all over the world, particularly in the United States. I’m really excited to see the sport regulated in West Virginia and look forward to one day bringing a UFC event there."

That leaves New York, Connecticut and Vermont as the only remaining states that still do not regulate MMA as well as Alaska and Wyoming, which are currently without sanctioning bodies.

Full Reality of Bullying: Casey Haynes Slams Bully [Anti-Bullying Campaign] (via FatBaldGoatTV)

I don't how many have seen it yet, but this is the infamous "Bully" vid that has gone viral. Casey, the kid on the right, goes to school somewhere down in Australia and apparently has been bullied his entire life. Looks like he finally had enough.

I know this is not MMA related, but I'll be damned if most of us on here have not been bullied at some time in their life. Hell, I'll wager that's the reason some of you Maniacs started doing some form of martial arts in the first place! One final question though, it seems this vid has raised some controversy in the form of "what should I do if a bully attacks?" Personally, I like what this kid did. What about you maniacs? Do you believe the violence is justified?
