I was listening to NFL radio today and a caller brought up Knowshon Moreno and his performance and I started thinking. Last year before the draft a lot of us where hoping that the Charger's would draft Knowshon with the 16th pick until the Donkeys swiped him ahead of us. Then I started to think, maybe that was a blessing in disguise. I asked myself who I would rather have carrying the rock for us. Based on Moreno's numbers last year I honestly think we are gonna be better off. Moreno's lack of moves and break away speed(which was his biggest knock pre-draft) was apparent in his 3.8 ypc. Also, for all the talk of him being such a great receiver he only had 28 catches and was limited on third down due to pass protection issues. I am personally much higher on Ryan Mathews than Moreno. So, based on what we know so far (which isn't much for both guys), and the fact that both backs were selected #12 overall, I wanted to get the opinion for BFTB nation.  Who would you prefer to have in our back field, Moreno or Mathews?
